Perfect Poinciana Pods

Ralph Waldo Emerson said it all in this quote.
"The landscape belongs to the person who looks at it"

And LOOK is what I do, they are just to beautiful to ignore.
I shot these at 10:33 AM, direct sunlight by setting the Shutter Speed at 1/320 - F/4.5 and ISO 100
which proves we can get good photos in bright sun
I had no idea what I was doing, just kept changing it until I liked it.

and across the yard in another bucket, is the most perfect shaped pod we have ever had.

  6. You are surrounded by beauty. How great you know how to share it with the rest of us. Right now I live in a dull and flower-less place, so I really appreciate this.

  8. Gosh, they have all grown in a circle like a wreath!!! Next to the last is my favorite! You could charge money for people to come and walk around "The Mad Botanical Garden."
