  3. Good to see the groundhog does not have a monopoly on weather prediction. Love the shadows

  4. The Snowbirds in FL really want to experience 6 more weeks of Florida, don't they???? You and Bob get to experience it every single day...

Foggy morning here on the Cumberland Plateau. Have a wonderful day.

  8. Somehow we missed Monday's post...bad mom!! Never fear she will be properly dealt with shortly.

MS I love shadows too I expect a fern seeing its shadow is a better predictor of weather than our weather geeks

  12. As you might know from Grenville's post, there was no sign of the local muskrats here to predict how much more winter. But, it's been overcast so if they appeared seeing a shadow would be difficult.

  19. I'd take 6 weeks of FL about now, it's snowing big time right now. Loved the shadows the ferns made. Only the Shadow Knows...

I did get my post finished. Darn fingers...they always hit the wrong key or was it that kitty that did it?

  24. I love all of these with SHADOWS! We have not had sun in so long that a shadow is no where to be found. Enough to make a old girl like me depressed...JK. We are in for quite a bit of snow tomorrow, I guess. I heard it was in the 80's near you today. Beautiful pictures. I love them. There is something about ferns that seem so serene and peaceful.
