9/25/2015 at 3:50 AM the moon was the color of blood, not THE Blood Moon
but close... for may 60 seconds it was glowing red orange.
Bob called me to come quick, shot 1 and 2 I had the camera on Macro from the day before, Shot 3 I had it on infinity and wow, did it go out there. The moon rapidly dropped and changed, all photos I had to stand with my hands up over my head because it was dropping behind our fence. 4 looks strange. the color changed to normal and the bushes were in front of it. it looks like i cut a hole in a black box to show the trees, but this is what came out of the camera. I LOVE MY NEW CAMERA

Hello Sandra, awesome shots of the moon. I love the pretty color. Your camera is wonderful but it is also the photographer too. Have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteWow! Beautiful shots. You have a great camera and a steady hand, too!

Hi Sandra. I agree with Eileen; you are GOOOOD girl! I've seen good cameras in the hands of not-so-good photographers and they get BAAAD photos. I love these images. Thanks for sharing. Jo

ReplyDeleteNow seeing a almost blood red moon might make me get up at 3 am too.

Great shots and I'm glad your camera is cooperating.
I thought I got up early but you've got me beat. Even if I was up that early I don't think I would have the ambition yet to go out and take pictures. These are really awesome. I was wondering how you got that last one
ReplyDeleteAND you just had to get up a wee bit early to get these shots!!! Tell me you went back to bed!!!! I just KNOW you didn't!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you love your new camera! And we love the shots you are taking with it. ;)
