Bougainvillea Beauty
Lay one flower on the kitchen counter. Play with Exposure thingy, more light in, less light in. Which do you prefer?
Take the same flower in the back yard and......... and........Color for all of you in the browns of winter weather...and Dedicated to Ann of SnapEditScrap...
WELLLLLL MS I HAVE NEVER EVER NO NEVER MET A MS PHOTO THAT I DIDN'T ADORE...BUT I WILL SAY WE'LL ADD THIS TO THE TOP OF THE LIST UNTIL YOU POST THAT PRETTY RED ONE AGAIN HUGS CECILIA
Thank you thank you thank you. I love the color and it did make me feel a little brighter. I like them both but I think I like the one with more light better. I like the way it gives the edges of the picture a soft look
I can't wait to get my new house and get some bougainvillea. It's the plant I've missed the most being away from Arizona. My favorites are Barbara Karst and San Diego Red. Do you have those varieties in Florida?
I am with EG...love seeing this color...though I did find that spot of color yesterday. It won't be there long. Tomorrow night it is supposed to get down to 10...so hope you have more color to post in the coming weeks.
I love to see the Bougainvillea when we're in Italy. We had an orange one, but it died and I never replaced it. Instead grew a jasmine in the same spot. I like the paler pink version of your photo best, but I imagine the the sunshine enhances the colour of the one growing in your garden.
Thank you! I appreciate seeing these wonderfully colourful pohtos!
ReplyDeleteI just love our Bougainvillea, it just went into winter "hibernation" so we won't see the blooms again until May. Thanks so much for sharing yours!!
ReplyDeleteI love boug also! I love when you see several colors mixed together on a wall or over a wall. The colors are amazing :-)
ReplyDeleteHello Sandra, I love the bougainvillea. The color looks richer/darker in the second image. Thanks for the splashof color on this rainy day.
ReplyDeleteI like both counter photos. Outside not so much would look better without the pot.

On the counter, I prefer the well-lit version. Makes me think it's a sunny day. I love all the outdoor greenery with the pop of color added.
