I bought a packet of seeds that said Wildflowers, these are the first to bloom. More on the way I hope. they are in a concrete planter, we have no where to scatter them.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous colour... looking forward to seeing what else blooms! YAM xx
They sure are pretty. I have plenty of places to scatter seeds but they would be mixed in with all the weeds. I would try planters but I forget to water them.
ReplyDeleteI think of the two I like the no flash just a little bit better.
What a beautiful flower, such a rich colour

They are pretty flowers, I love the color. Happy Wednesday, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteIt's exciting to see what grows from those tiny seeds. Very pretty color.
ReplyDeleteCosmos - And they do go wild. Wait until next year. But nice that you caught their beauty.
ReplyDeleteThey're cosmos? I didn't know cosmos were wildflowers. Then again I guess all flowers must be wild somewhere. Yeah I like the without flash photo better too. Shows more structure. Sorry I'm here so seldom. I'm so seldom at my computer at all. Stay cool down there.
ReplyDeletePretty....course I love the color. As for your comment on the blog, wished I had your will power. I could not scroll past all the food so you know I was not walking past it all!!
ReplyDeleteI love wildflowers. I would have the yard full of them if Mark liked them too.
ReplyDeleteI love the last one too - the little darker color - here in GA they they used to grow them between lanes on the expressway - and sadly now we are all concrete -
ReplyDeleteWhat a WONDERFUL color! Like a fine wine...burgandy
ReplyDeleteOhhhh what a delightful seedy surprise in a package.
ReplyDeleteWould we call that color magenta?
Hugs Cecilia
Those are pretty. I believe they are Cosmos.
ReplyDeleteI had some wildflower seeds and planted them but nothing has come up! Maybe I didn’t cover them up enough and the birds got them.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather have these (wildflowers) than roses any old day! Maybe I'll grab a packet when we go to WalMart next and see what happens! Like you, I prefer the actual image v. the flash. Close, but no cigar.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite colors! I live no flash best.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is also the "no flash" shot...great editing!
