Cheese Taco Breakfast

I am always searching for something new for breakfast that is compatible with my IBS list of foods.
I found scrambled eggs with cheese made a great breakfast taco.
Simply scrambling eggs and putting cheese in and fold in a flour taco straight from the package.

A few days ago, I read this post by Denise at English Girl Rambles and

Wowser! thank you Denise.
Same food different taste.
If you read her post, I KNOW MINE DOESN"T LOOK PRETTY like hers.
I placed Seriously Sharp Cheese in the pan spayed with Olive Oil
placed pan on medium heat.
poured egg mixture on top of eggs and when semi firm, place flour taco on top
and let it sit until egg started to set, flipped it over, when done, folded in half and onto my plate.
I used two eggs because I share the egg with Beau.
If you are a REAL cook who follows recipes, you might want to check her post.
Calories in mine were, PAST TENSE, ha ha at  350. and Beaus ate some of those.
IBS friendly, I have to take Dairy Pills when I eat cheese.

  6. Mr B would like that. F doesn't willingly eat eggs. I, the Tigger, will eat a little of cheese and a smidge of egg, but couldn't tackle any more of that than would fit in the corner of a gnat's eye. My humans assure me that despite their preferences it does look yummy to them. xxx Mr T

  8. I might make that for dinner tonight. I have to say yours looked a little better to me.
My hubs was at the ER last night with gall bladder stones. Supposedly he has passed them! I think this could be good for him too.

  9. That looks really good! I call it a quesadilla. I like to use chicken too. Sometimes I will add spinach to my eggs. Thanks for sharing!

  11. I am SO going to do this, using my whole-wheat Keto mini tortillas! That last photo sealed the deal!
If I don't have eggs at least 4-5 times a week, there's something amiss. Now I'm wishing I hadn't just put pork chops in the slow cooker for our lunch/brunch. Oh, why do I love to eat so much?
