Dancing around the Christmas tree, Mental Telepathy?

Self Portraits drawn by Sandra Claus      and Ann Claus

today is December 2nd and I   have a plethora of Christmas planned for every day until Christmas Day.

Ann and I were shocked that we have done the Copycat thing so much, (she draws on paper, I draw in procreate,) that we have PROVEN mental telepathy is real.

Ann drew her self-portrait of her dancing around the Christmas Tree, and I drew myself dancing around the tree, but did not like the tree, so erased it. Shocked to the core of me when Ann posted hers, I sent her mine. Not satisfied that WE know telepathy is REAL, I took things a little further and too both drawing to visit my old and dear friend, PicMonkey and added trees and mad a card for you to start the holiday right! We are both sending you greetings through mind telepathy. Can you hear US?

Full filling my long-time desire to make all of you read LONGER than on other blogs, here is the rest of the post

I live in sub tropics mid Florida on the West Coast, no snow like Ann has, Just sandy beaches and our Santas where shorts.  These photos were taken in Beals Dept store, they only have stores in FL and they are themed for Florida homes. Shells, Palm Trees and yesterday you saw Santa pulls his sleigh with Flamings. I happened to have taken about 40 photos while browsing the Christmas Display and now you will suffer the consequences, a few each day.
Coming soon to you, Florida Christmas and a lot of Aqua and PINK.

  1. Your consequences comment made me laugh so much!! But I have never seen tropical Christmas decorations like this, and look forward to seeing more. I have decorated with pink and gingerbread this year. LOVE you and the tree!

  3. We stick rigidly to snowy scenes for Christmas, so it's entertaining to see different slants.

  5. Count me among the crazies if you will, but my clear preference is for a crisp, snowy Christmas. I could do without Santa Claus altogether, whether in shorts or otherwise! Actually, we don’t celebrate anyway so it’s all immaterial to me.

  6. I am tired of cold already, but still like white Christmases. But I would give them up to be warm all the time.

  8. Hello,
Looks like you and Ann have a special connection.
I love all the images, very cute.
I would like to see Santa's sled pulled by flamingos.
Take care, have a happy day!

  9. So how does Santa get around in Florida with no snow for his sled. I guess he's in the air a lot? I love the connection of creativity you have with Ann and I must now read her blog.

  10. You're always too critical of your work. Steve is an artist and does the same thing. I think you're all very talented. I like it all.
I remember Florida Christmas' with all the aqua, flamingoes and Santa's in shorts.
    That said ...
Does that mean when the plethora of photos are shared we should suffer in silence ... *giggling and ducking* Just kidding. It's all fun. Keep sharing! I'll try to snap some of our local merchants decorations. They always go all out.
    Love From Frozen Georgia. xx

  13. The two of you rockin' round the Christmas tree --- and Ann's jazz hands made me start singing along! Too much fun, ladies!
Your teaser about upcoming Christmas images is like a children's Advent calendar -- only better!

  14. Your great minds do connect - with lots of us!
You do so good drawing on the computer. I just admire it so.
Rocking around the Christmas tree for sure.
I am trying to think of the Christmas scenes we have here - it is not the beach like yours - I guess it is more snowy.
It is sooooooo cold and windy here. BRRRRRRRRRRRR!
