This time, instead of trying to copy exactly, I studied it long and hard and closed it and came up with this from memory. I chose the snail because I love snails.

ReplyDeleteAnd I just read the previous post...LOL! Love that staghorn! And now you are living in the greenlight district. We sometimes have a yellow light in our porch, its said to keep the bugs away, as they don't come to is as easily as a regular light; esp all the moths!
Your snail is adorable. I love all the different versions but that watercolor background is my favorite.

Your cute little snails would make sweet greeting cards! I bet you could come up with all kinds of cute notes to go along with them, and they would be a best seller! I can envision Get Well Cards, Happy Birthday Cards, and thinking of you cards. I know, that's an ambitious project, but I just think that cute little snail character has a lot of "character"! He could become famous! I love this!! You did great! "Happy Snails to You, until we meet again"....

Love your snails. Those backgrounds are nice. I think the sunflower looks very surprised that the snails are eating it.
