Berry Beautiful

Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is bliss, taste it.

Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.

Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.

Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.   Mother Teresa
I almost missed this  beauty because I was focused on the train, I backed into the bush as I tried for a better angle....
Life is like that, we miss the beauty that hides in the corners of our lives while we focus on the BIG THINGS in life, when it is the small things that can bring beauty into our lives.

"Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad, let the sea resound, and all that is in it; let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy; they will sing before the Lord." (Psalm 96:11-13)

  9. Very wise words from Mother Teresa. We're not to sweat the small stuff but I know we are to live life to the fullest.
I'm on my way to read all the posts I missed while we were gone.
We had a great time with our son and his family. Lots of Small incidences that made up a great big time together.

  12. Oh my GOSH. look at the way they are spiraled around the stem, and the color!! I saw similar looking berries on someone's blog not long ago, was it Monica's? I think they were called beauty berries or some such thing. I have never seen any in real life this color! They almost look like grapes, but much prettier!
