Manatee Village-Train

Goodness, that is one big gecko. The general store shouldn't have any problems with flies.

That is one massive train and they have kept it in perfect condition.

I love our historical park. The old home emeinds me so much of my grandparents' home, though theirs was not so fine. My grnadpa had a sugar cane mill and the big vat.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a little girl, my parents knew someone who lived upstairs in the Wiggins building, and we often went there to visit.
Yes, it's not TEXAS --but you all do grow big Geckos in Florida!!!!!!

That building looks very "Southern" :) Impressive locomotive (and good pictures of it), I took a peek at your friend's blog. My dad was crazy about old railways and engines, I can't see one without thinking of him. Before I moved away from home I had travelled more by steam engines than on modern trains because we always visited lots of museum railways on our family holidays (in Sweden and Britain).
