Beautiful Star of Bethlehem


 Oh, Beautiful Star of Bethlehem,
Shining afar thru shadows dim,
Giving a light for those who long have gone, have gone;
And Guiding the Wise Men on their way
Unto the place where Jesus lay,
Beautiful Star of Bethlehem, shine on.

    I haven't heard this song before, the words are beautiful. And speaking of beautiful, your star is stunning. I like the way you photographed it with the reflection of other pieces in the background.

    This is a beautiful star and post Sandra. And your photos of it are so gorgeous! I love the background being all sparkly with the lights and glass.
    I've never heard this song before. It's really pretty.

    I have listened to several ones sing this song, and just love it. Your star is so pretty! We have not had a tree topper, though we look for the perfect one every year. The other day, I happened to see a pretty silver star in Cracker Barrel, it was half price, $2.50. We bought it and have it on top of our tree, and it looks a bit like yours!!

    Lovely ornamental star.

    I was putting up my tree, didn't use all the ornament, and could find my star. I knew I had a star. Then I found it, it was a plain "chrome" star which I stuck a chopstick so it can stand on top of the tree.

    Oh I wish I wasn't reading from my laptop today. I can never hear on this thing. That star is beautiful. Is that a tree topper? I had an angel on the top of my tree for years and went out and bought a star this year to replace her. I just got tired of the same thing
