Counting Cholesterol???



If you are finished calculating the grams of Cholesterol in Bob's Breakfast Sunday AM here is something for you to read.

I was tagged by Deb the Ladybug From Texas, to Post Five Things you don't know about me...

1. I don't like to travel,  or ride long distances and 2 or 3 nights is my maximum comfort zone away from home and my bed.

2. I do not go to any place with extreme crowds. Think theme parks, parades, ballparks

3. I never ride with hubby behind the wheel except on rare occasions on the interstate. I am more afraid of the interstate than hubby's driving.

4. I love pizza and burgers above all else and one of these is my choice for my birthday dinner.

5.  and my deepest darkest secret none of you know is..... I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY and the snapping thereof. AND I never ever never post to many photos on my blog at one time.  ha ha ho ho he he


OR you can admire my favorite lap quilt that is 13 years old, a present from my DIL.

 it is my ONLY one in case some of you quilters want to feel sorry and send me another one.

    Well, we have #3 in common, but I won't even let him drive on the interstate...I just avoid those at all cost. HA!

    Oh Yea, pizza and burgers, I love them too. MOM doesn't give me much of that but when I get some oh yummmm yummmm.I'm my MOM's lap quilt. hehhe

    Love that quilt! And you answered a question I've had for a long time. I cut off an old comforter and turned it into a "lap quilt" without knowing that that is what it's called. It was bugging me that I didn't have a name for this thing - thank you!

    I always do the driving. And I love eggs for breakfast, when I eat breakfast. Usually it's just some fruit. HaHa on the last one...I'd have never guessed! :) You know we love seeing what you're going to show us next!

    I have a thing about home fries, I love them and am always trying to get them better. Did Bob make these? Ask him what kind of potatoes, did he pre-cook them, what did he fry them in? The lap quilt is darling, we don't have any. But we have lots of throws. We use them to take naps, throw over ourselves when we watch T.V. at night, and cover the couch at bedtime for when the cats sleep on it.

    Where is the bacon? I like to be behind the wheel too--especially on the interstate or the Chicago freeways and tollways. I want to be in control!! What a surprise that you like to take photographs. Who knew??

    O.K. I won't count the cholesterol! And I miss quilting, but it's hard to make time for two hobbies, and I'm afraid photography wins!

    Love the list of things I didn't know about you.
    It seems you definitely are a homebody. I guess that's why opposites attract sometimes...I love to travel and often we just jump in the car and go....
    Your photos are always so much fun that I can't wait to see what you will post each day. I'm doing good if I get 2 posts a week done.
    I guess that means you probably won't be coming out to the West Coast to visit me any time soon. (:0(
    I do understand though.
    Oh, by the way I do love that quilt from your DIL.

    We've got to be related! I don't like crowds, there has been times that I've had to tolerate it. I LOVE pizza and bacon burgers! I had pizza for my birthday.:) I-4 scares me! I don't have any quilts, but would love one! Yours is really pretty!

    Hi Sandra, I really admire the quilt your d-i-l made for you. It is very pretty. I love your hubby's breakffast but try not to eat it too often. Loved learning more things about you. You must pretty much do all the driving!

    I can enjoy a breakfast like that every now and again, but then it will be more like a brunch lol when I lived further south in a small village, I had my fav little food place I always went to on Sundays to enjoy some food and coffee. Have a lovely rest of your Thursday, Friday is around the corner here and I better scoot off to bed...work tmw and then it's the Weekend...yeyyyy

    It's late at night here but for some reason (lol) I am craving breakfast. I would never, ever guessed you like photography....NOT!

    I love that quilt. I have several made by my grandmothers and I love them all.

    Pizza and burgers work for me too. Love that lap quilt. I don't have any quilts at all and one of these days I just might learn how to do that
