Your first picture ROCKS!!! The second one is a memorial of some sort, you were there, guess you can NOT sit on the the benches. It is really nice, and better than a wall. It is actually quite beautiful, in a sad military way.
Do you think Mike and Beth will ever get another dog? It was a full moon this weekend, and now I always think of Rem whenever I see a moon of any kind. Now there is not a man in the moon, there is a dog in the moon.
The pictures you chose to honor those who died for our freedom are wonderful.....I am reminded of school friends who I graduated with and they died soon after in Vietnam :( Also the picture of the church on my blog this Sunday is the front of the picture I showed on last Sundays blog. The side faces the highway.
Love these pictures and they are perfect for a Memorial Day tribute

ReplyDeleteI came back to look at the memorial again because I like it so much. Wow, you can see the flag reflections on most of the benches.
