Crosley Estate -Bedrooms

there are many lovely photos on Powel Crosley Facebook if you are interested in how this home is used. Below is a photo off FB taken in the room above.

I borrowed this photo of a car from Wikipedia and there
is much information in there about him.

Powel Crosley the inventor and his family slept in these rooms. If you use Google search and his name, you will find many more cars and inventions.
The End of my photo's from Crosley

  1. I love the second bedroom, they're all huge but I love the colours in this one. And what a cool car :)

  4. Beautiful.

Once again I am reminded how I dislike window washing.

  5. It's the first time I have heard of the Crosley family and it's achievements. Odd:(
The rooms are so empty but gorgeously preserved.

  7. That's definitely a different interior design then I'm used to seeing. Very well textured.

  13. Those were some very beautiful rooms! I will have to say though that I did notice a binder clip on the window of the first picture! lol That was one of the first things I noticed.

  15. Facebook has a wonderful fish eye lens shot that is so beautiful, plus outside shots at night with the windows all lighted up. So it is used for weddings! How perfect. And I assume tours, because of your shots. I love the first one the best because of the arched windows. And that gorgeous lattice door. But I would not choose the wall colors or drapes that they use.

  19. These rooms are so not my style, but very beautiful to look at! I love the arched windows. Do you think they'd let us take a spin in that roadster? lol! I didn't think so, but wouldn't it be fun!

  22. That house is so beautiful. I really like the red drapes that match the rug. Crosley was definitely a prolific inventor but that car had to be his coolest product.

  23. You could get lost in those rooms. I'm sure a bride would love to have her wedding reception in this house.

Now if I had the body and the money to go with that tint, tiny gorgeous dress. La.la.

I bet that is not any little pricey.
