April 5th,2014 Reflections of a bucket
|
I typed in Google The Color Orange and found a lot of info on this link
a very interesting read on how colors effect our lives
Beautiful orange blooms, and I like how you caught the reflection of the bucket!
ReplyDeletePretty blossoms and I like the reflection. I am trying not to hum that song!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI know that song and now it will be going through my mind all day. Thanks again, Sandra. lol
ReplyDeleteAnd about orange, that must be why Baltimore Orioles have such a good attitude. They see the bright orange oranges I put out for them.
Nice hibiscus!
I was listening to NPR a few days ago. It was a program on job interviews and various colors were suggested to wear and what they say about you. One caution: Never wear orange to an interview. My "tube" from the bank came out and I didn't pay attention to why orange was bad. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
The lion sleeps tonight was one of mom's favorite songs.
ReplyDeletezms if you look at the picture of the pool just right is the shrubs on the left Nd the bucket it resembles a heart! Or at lest the old gray mare sees a heart

ReplyDeletei like orange flowers but have not been a fan of orange color, mostly. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that third photo the flower.
ReplyDeleteAnd that tune is now stuck in my head and I can't get rid of it. LOL
Beautiful shots. I really like the pool!
ReplyDeleteGood to know about orange, my living room is a weird color, not yellow, not orange, and it cheers me up. Love your bucket art!
ReplyDeleteThat song is embedded in my brain forever! Orange just makes me happy! Just like your blog posts!
ReplyDeleteI LOVED this post, from beginning to end! Color! You do such a great job..you amaze me with all you can do on your blog! :)
ReplyDeleteThe home I live in was all..bland when I married PH and moved into his home that he and his late wife had shared for 50+ years. Not a flower, not a flower bed. NO color..just some pale blue..otherwise everything was tan or brown..EVERYTHING. The lawn was dead. Color. I have added color and I think he is getting slowly used to it. I love that you use color.
Ummm Sandra? Ah, there's a lion in your backyard...
ReplyDeleteI love ORANGE ---all of the different colors of orange, but especially the orange color you chose for your orange typing today... That orange is TENNESSEE Orange, the color of our sports team up here... They say that Tennessee people bleed ORANGE.... ha
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Betsy
I got worried about you yesterday when I noticed that you didn't post on my blog (which is fine; not my point here).. But I was afraid that you were sick again. Glad you are not!!!!!
I never knew all that about the color orange. Beautiful flowers. I could just jump in your swimming pool and play with the lion.
ReplyDeleteI used to love that song. I didn't know all of that about orange. Sounds like I need more around me.
