Many types of ferns grow here in the ground and will quickly take over if not managed.
Below Whirlygig is one of about 10 plus in the yard of this home. Every time i see them madly twirling in the wind,
I wish my mother could see them. she loved things like this. In fact she once wired a dozen pink plastic flowers on her dead of winter Azalea bushes.
Yes, we do have duck crossings and they are so cute waddling and holding up traffic.

LOL loved the duck crossing. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
i like the type of whirly-gigs that move like a man sawing wood - stuff like that. :)
ReplyDeletereally love the ferns. wish they'd take over here! ha!

ReplyDeleteI love that mushroom. Can you imagine the interesting shadows you would get if that had a candle burning inside it?
ReplyDeleteNo duck crossings in these parts but when we visited Wade's son in Virginia, they had a family of ducks that would cross his yard every morning and then back again in the afternoon
Now that was a fun selection of things. I liked the Mushroom and the the Duck Crossing sign.
