Red Baron 18 inch see through, my favorite |
Planes are in boxes high on shelves
Planes hanging with the rakes
VERY LARGE PLANES with above motor that had motor in another life was a WEED WHACKER. he found it in the neighbors trash
Shelves loaded with WINGS ONLY and there is not one space on shelves or walls that are not covered with planes and parts
Above collage is how CRAZY the Hangar makes me feel, that is a wall covered, and the others are stacked and hung and just plain old PILED every where.
This is his PIN UP WALL over his work bench.. Do you see ME there ? NOT do you see Dale Earnhardt? YES Do you see all FOUR dogs? YES even though 2 of them have passed over the rainbow bridge
You might be asking if I still love him. YES! but not the HANGAR!
BABY GIRL K9 Reporter with a special news report......
Mommy asked me to tell you she does not accept, open or read forwards, due to the virus/cookies that come with them. She says please do not send her any generic forwards, but she loves personal email.
The Red Baron is very cool. With all those planes it does look more like a hanger than a garage.
ReplyDeleteYou actually have space to park vehicles in your garage? Wow!
Haha ~ there's no questioning about men and their spaces. Perhaps you should take a photo of yourself and pin it right over Dale Earnhardt! Ha!
ReplyDeletexo Catherine
oh, that is such a guy's space!!! thanks for the laughs! glad it's at your house!
ReplyDeleteGreat post Sandra. I love your Reporter too.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a good idea reporting on hubby hoby.
Your dear hubby is still the master of recycling.
ReplyDeletelove it....I don't blame you on the forwards...
ReplyDeleteToo late now,but I should have taken pictures of all of Jake's 'stuff' before I cleaned it up.These pictures remind me of that. The two men would have had lots to talk about.
ReplyDeleteLove your K-9 Reporter! I can't believe you can fit two trucks in that hanger, I mean garage, lol!
ReplyDeleteCool hobby your husband has....loved his pin up wall, ha ha! Your K-9 reporter did a great job also! Have a fun Wednesday, my friend!
ReplyDeleteHe does have sorta neat places for his plane hobby! He hangs them neatly sometimes:)
ReplyDeleteYou must have a HUGE garage (or very small trucks).
ReplyDeleteWell, I could write about this post all day, and I am not even a flyer!!! I love that pretty red plane! I think if I saw them all, it would be my favorite, too. Your collage is an absolute MASTERPIECE!!!! REALLY! I have never seen anything like it. First, it is hard to tell where the individual pictures stop and start, or even where they are, so it looks all like one big picture till you start looking really really closely. Then the fun is to find all the different ones, and the effects therein. The whole thing put together is pop art. Forget "Where's Waldo", let's play "Where's Airplane". Wait till I show this post to Phil, especially the weed whacker motor. He will love it all. Baby will not even let you take her picture, how did you get her to wear glasses and look at you, did you drug the poor girl?
ReplyDeletesounds like a huge garage.
ReplyDeletei need to say that your husband's hobby is quite interesting!
btw love the shots! thanks for sharing!
betty xx
He looks like a very creative fellow! And your doggie makes an excellent reporter.
ReplyDeleteI dare say that is making good use and keeping it from the land fills. Meat trays can make awesome planes. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteHe sure is creative. BUT...... he needs to have your pic over his work table...after all, you cook his dinner.......know what I mean?
OH! just hit me, the movie ....oh shoot..Where is my brain.... It has to do with hot grits and a cast iron frying pan....
The garage/hanger is definitely a 'guy space'. Your picture isn't on the wall because he doesn't want to be distracted while working on the planes.
ReplyDeleteI have got to take pictures of my basement - that's all I can say. sandie
ReplyDeleteSandra, now I am glad that we don't have either a garage or a basement, but Grenville does have his own workshop - outside where he does his woodworking and other projects. He can even go out in colder months as he has a small heater there. I agree with you on not accepting any forwarded emails - same goes for me and I never, ever open attachments, no matter WHO sent them. The Delete key is my favorite one.
ReplyDeleteHis hangar sort of reminds me of how my craft room looks right now.
ReplyDeleteFun shots, I need to take some shots of our "garage" you will be amazed at the organizational skills of my hubby!
ReplyDeleteThat reporter is a cutie, thanks for the giggles.
Your hubby is very talented and the "hangar" is a good hangout for him and his stuff, but he DOES need to have your photo up somewhere! Well, on second thought I really wouldn't want hubby to have MY photo up anywhere as long as we've been married and seeing as how I don't look quite the same as I did 40 years ago. LOL! I loved the K-9 reporter...too cute!
ReplyDeleteI mentioned Bob's hobby to my husband as brother does that but never thought about what he made them out of! This is pretty cool. It will be worth it just to open this up in my lap top and he can have a look at this post.
ReplyDeleteMy fingers are sore punching this tiny phone!
Oh How I love that 'hangar'... All of us need our certain space for our treasures... Bob has his treasures... Love them!!!!
ReplyDeleteBUT---he needs a photo of his sweetheart on that wall too...
Hugs,
Betsy
