Canine Conversation

I pulled into a crowded parking lot and rolled down the car windows to make sure my Labrador Retriever had fresh air.

She was stretched out on the back seat, and I wanted to impress upon her that she must remain there.

I walked to the curb backward, pointing my finger at the car and repeated emphatically, "Now you stay.
Do you hear me? Stay! Stay!"

The driver of a nearby car, perhaps noting that I am Chinese, gave me a strange look and said,

"Why don't you just put the car in park?"

    Well, there have been times I felt like saying that to my car. Too funny.

    In the second photo it looks like Jake is telling Baby a secret.

    LOL cute joke.
    That second picture I can hear Baby Girl saying to Jake, "Don't go over there, she's got the camera out again and she's not going to quit any time soon"
    or maybe it's more like "OK Jake, here's the plan, you go left, I'll go right, she can't get us both"....lol

    Funny story. Is the brindle dog a boxer. We still miss our boxer that has been gone for a year and 9 months.
