My Dream Home

this adorable house is only 4 blocks from me, and the last time I drove home from the vets office, it was and older home and now look at it.
This is my dream home, Tin Roof, Pink and Aqua, white fence and all...

Looked like this in 1992 when I was selling Real Estate and sold for $2000.00
The home was built in 1931 and remodeled in 2020 for $80,000 total remodel and sold in 2021 for $295,500 sold again in 2023 for 370,000 below is how it looked in
the listing that sold for 370,00. Looks like the new owner added a room and I want it

To see the total remodel follow this Link, you can see what it

This is adorable. It reminds me of a doll's house. But my real surprise was seeing how large and spacious and modern it is inside! The inside is wonderful and gorgeous!! You would never guess from looking at the outside, how big it is inside.

Similar style to 1930s houses here. Pink wouldn't be popular here though.

They did a nice job on it!

Better let us know the moving date so we can all come down and give a hand! Seems like it’s made for you, Sandra.

Hello,
It is a cute house, I love seeing inside is beautiful too.
I could happily live in that house. Take care, enjoy your day!

What a nice little house. I actually like it with the white color instead of the pink though. When I went to look at the pictures I got quite a shock when I looked at the first one. It was so bright and beautiful.

Oh my goodness! Those folks were sure visionaries, weren't they? What a difference, and now I wish I could afford a white picket fence like theirs.
I like dreaming, too ... like mama used to say, "Free for nothing."

I am amazed at what they are doing with older homes these days. Looks fabulous and what a change. It is so updated. I would love for someone to come in an update the inside of our home...it is great the way it is, but I would just like to see what all changes they would make and what updates would be done.

What a charming transformation! It’s amazing to see how much love and care went into restoring this home over the years. The colors and details make it feel so warm and inviting—definitely a dream home!

I just shared a new post; you are invited to read and enjoy. Thank you.

What a bright and happy home. Amazing the prices of homes since we moved into ours too. Homes are a great investment

Reminds me of that song, Little Pink Houses. I heard that song yesterday too.

Cute but OUCH on the price. Housing prices skyrocketed here for awhile because so many wanted to move here. Now the prices seem to be settling down again where they belong.
The pink wouldn't be my cup of tea. I would have to repaint it perhaps in blue with white trim. I like the Aqua color though. Very Florida.
I would enjoy being in Real Estate because it suits the nosy side of me down to the ground. *giggle*
Love. 🍀

What a cute little pink cottage house! Personally, I liked it better with the front porch and trees around it...when it was old and cozy looking. But the inside has been done over very nicely. It reminds me a LITTLE bit of my hubby's grandmother's home, which was also pink, but she actually had 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room, dining room and separate kitchen. We really wanted to buy her house when it was available form her estate, but her daughters (mainly one of her daughters) wanted to get more money for it than what we could afford, so it was sold to strangers and they stripped it of all the charm and made it a rental house. OH well, God had much bigger and better plans for us to move on to the ministry, etc., and having that house would have kept us from doing His will. So God always knows best. I'm glad they kept the look of the fireplace inside, even if it no longer functions. I wonder if they have a gas insert? I would. Yes, a little house would be nice at this stage in life. Much less to take care of. But that one is a bit too pricey for my blood! LOL. Fun stuff! Thanks for sharing.

What a lovely house. I didn't know you used to be in real estate Sandra.I can understand your fascination with both the exterior and interior of them now. The house does look nice, now it's had a makeover.
