How Do You Put Your Socks ON?

How do you put your socks on? Our weird weather has had me wearing socks for slippers and I found at my NEW, old age the old socks do not go on easily as they once did. I asked Microsoft Creator AI to draw a stick figure of a woman putting on socks and a woman taking off socks. Can you tell which one is which? Forget the fact there is only one shoe on one woman, and the other has a half a shoe.

Don't worry, there is a reason for this weird post, other than the weird weather is making me more weird than usual!

Look carefully at the socks, my fingers will not go to my toes, I am sitting in the kitchen chair which is were I often sat to put them on. In the past, I lifted my left leg (see 3rd sock above) and put it on. Then lifted the right leg. Problem is, the right leg will no longer come up high enough. I can only put one sock on that way.
I did find I can sit in the pink-low to the floor chair in bedroom,  and bend over and pullthe socks on and the same if I use the leather ottoman in the living room.

In the distant past I could stand on one leg, prop the other foot on the bed (see my Hand drawn stick lady), put the sock on and repeat with other leg. To remove the socks, I have 2 ways, the worn out holey socks, I simply stand on the loose toe of one sock and pull my leg out, IF I am near something to hold on too and for the tight socks prop my knee on the bed, reach behind me and yank it down. YES I see the arm is drawn up in the air not reaching down behind me. If AI can do it, so can I.

Please tell me in comments how you put your socks on, and do you struggle doing it
Thank you for reading this garbage, and have a

I AM SERIOUS, I NEED YOUR HELP! ITS NOT ONLY SOCKS I NEED HELP GETTING INTO.
