Oh wow, I wonder if he's on a ladder or the shingles. I wonder what OSHA would say about the straw hat? LOL!

I love all the old churches in this and your last post. Those old wooden ones are my favorites.

I couldn't do that. Well...I could get up there. I'd just have to live there. I could never get down.

I'm afraid to ask why there is no photo after that "roofer" leaned down to retrieve his hammer!! Great photos of church "parts". I especially love the red door and the partially stained glass windows taken from inside the church.

Best,
Bonnie

That is a job I would never be able to do. All I would have to do is look down once and it would be all over...lol
I could on the other hand spend a day taking pictures of churches, especially ones as pretty as these

Nice job - but I, too, prefer to stay on the ground!

The ornate structures of these buildings is beautiful.I am glad he is up there and not me.I prefer both feet solidly planted on the ground.

I'm glad it's not me working up on that roof!

He is NOT your green thumb husband, right? I hope not, he (your husband better stick in the garden). I use to get on top of our roof. But today it doesn't really interest me. I would rather be on top of a mountain for a view. Not working.

I love your pictures as usual - my favorite picture is the first one - the church with the red door - red doors amaze me and I think they are so striking!
