All of you, are my dear E-Friends. I have Shopper-Friends at Wal-Mart. Our WM store opens at 6 AM every day. On Saturday at 6 AM I am standing in front of the door and the second it opens I am IN. I have 4 shoppers and 4 employees that I see every Saturday. We chat! 

This is my Away from Bob Home time. 

 I love to talk; I write like I talk, you know, this!  I might need a support group for addictive talking.

I forgot Bob's breakfast sausage this past Saturday. My errand list included picking up prescriptions at Publix. I rarely buy food there because it is the highest price in town. Having talked with my Swedish E-friend about nondairy yogurt, I stood staring at 8 thousand yogurts, trying to find one. I heard a voice say, "this is not Walmart!" and turned to find my Wal-Mart shopper friend standing there. 

We chatted for a good 15 minutes, really good. We were on a roll. She is a tiny, very attractive 60ish Vietnamese lady. I am always shocked to find that we live almost identical lives, our hubbies are the same, dogs the same, we share a lot of things the same. As we said our goodbyes, see you Saturday and I walked to the check out, I suddenly had a Thought!

OH no! I had on my Saturday Shopping Clothes. I wear the same thing every week. The shirt is WARM for AC, the leggins have 2 pockets. 

I thought SHE sees this outfit every week. She always has on different clothes.

I told to Bob when I came home and said I am mortified. She thinks I have no clothes but these. 

He said, I am sure she did not even notice.

I said I AM Sure she Did! Remember the PA from the doctor's office that we used to see every Saturday shopping way back when you would shop with me? 

What do you remember about her. Do you remember how we discussed if she had any other clothes?

Oh! he says. That was different! 

WHAT? we talked about it every week when we saw her, even when we got home!

. She wore a similar out fit to this.

She did NOT look like this. I wish I looked Like This, and I would wear it to. Every Saturday!

do you notice what others are wearing? saying? doing? how they shop? do you watch the young men that are shopping for themselves. Watch their basket contents, not the men? HEH HEH

The MadSuperShopperSnapper bought new capris to walk Beau in the heat. Summer is here, AC is ON!

The capris on the left came home with ne last week. They are Athletic Works, Moisture Wicking Capris!

Designated as Walking Beau Pants, I loved them.

 They have TWO pockets and the big phone drops right into one and Kleenex in the other. Kleenex is needed because the pollen is flying in the March hot winds and the nose it is a dripping.

I loved them so much when I went to return the fish, I picked up the ones on the right. They are exactly the same but to the ankle.

The air blows through them and they are the coolest of all her leggins. not Cool as in COOL but cool as in not HOT! But wait! I may BE Hot in them!

I may have thrown a second pair of the capris in the basket.

While the new name is good, I decided to follow a tutorial in PM and Uses MadSnapper in the dress for texture on background, borrowed from the ad for the pansts, cut them out and added and by then I was smiling and followed the GIF builder app and Added

SMILE.

 This is the answer to the question on a prior post, Which Leggins do I love the most and which do I like the least.  

Most loved is # 1, the flamingo purchased in November 2020, in the midst of Pandemic Lock down.

Cecilia, Linda and Monica picked Flamingo as my favorite !

I love flamingo Santa, Candy Canes, Sloth Santa in that order.

Most despised was bought in Dec 2019, and here you can see why.

Yes, that is my well-known photo bombers, Bob and Big Boy. 

Yamini, Myra, Ginny, Ann , Rose and Beatrice 

all picked the HO HO stripes.

Rose even gave the Reason. My OCD doesn't like them because they don't MATCH!

Steppin!!!

 

Nope not Steppin to the Music, but steppin in my clothing.

While Beau or Bob wait for me to put on my going out of the house clothing, either to walk Beau or dive Bob, they wait impatiently.

It takes me Many Steps.

Four pieces of clothing to step in. 

2 steps for sport bra, 2 steps for underpants 2 steps for diaper 2 steps for leggins.

that is 8 steps!

NOPE! it comes to many more.

First I need to be some where I can hold on to or sit down to do it.

Each hole I want my foot to go in, will not go in on the 1st step,

the above is the illustration, I try to put my foot in, put it down, try to put my foot in put it down, sometimes as many as 4 tries per hole to put the foot through.

I come out and say to Bob

Today I only had to step in 3 times each to get dressed.

I found that if I pump my knee up and down 2 or 3 times before trying to insert in the proper place, I can do it the first try.

BUTT that means it takes me 10 minutes to put my clothes on and Beau Woos and Bob Sighs.....

Life as a Senior, goes on. and on.

the thing is i can do the steps with music but not high enough to fit in the clothes.

do any of you struggle to get dressed? Tell me I am NOT ALONE

A first at the Doctor's Office

 

During the pandemic shutdown, I saw these leggings on sale at Wal-Mart and bought them. they have not been worn until my visit to the Eye Doc for my annual eye exam.

They are smut black and the designs are shiny gold.

I tried everything to get a photo of them as they really look.

I laid them on the bed, bent over upside down and took my legs, sat down and took my knees.

Every one of these photos came out with white on the black.

I played with them in PicMonkey and managed to get them a little gold.

There is a purpose of showing them to you.

As I sat in the chair, the doctor rolled his chair up to look deep in my eyes, and glanced down and said

Wow! Cool Pants!  

I replied not only are they cool pants, but they are COOL for Florida weather.

I have never in my 76 years had a doctor comment on my clothing. 

then I pondered on the way home, was it a compliment? 

Did he mean what is an old lady doing in gold shiny pants? 

He did NOT say he liked them, just that they are cool. 

Since cool is no longer a word in use, he must be old and have poor eye sight.

And now that I have seen my legs and knees below, I am wondering if I will ever wear them again.

Also wondering why I bought them.

 Blame the Pandemic

If you noticed I am barefoot, I did wear croc sandals to the office. 😁😁

I wanted to wear my gold sandals with them, the ones I bought to go with my black with gold hearts leggins 2 years ago.  It was a no go, my toe still hurts from when the can fell off the counter on my toe, I can't wear them, because they have a toe sheath that hurts the toe. Do NOT fret. My spread is not gold sparkles, I added the back ground in PicMonkey

Leggin Mania part 2

Yesterday I asked you to guess which of the leggings I wear the most and love the most. Top 3 above.

The Zebra print is my favorite. These 3 are worn more than any other.

My least favorite is the purple and the leopard.

I like all of them but can't find t-shirts that fit me properly to go with them.

this means I have 8 black shirts. 3 V-neck, 2 round neck, 2 blouses not t-shirts.

Black shirts and other colors are either fitted, to short, cap sleeves etc.

One lady at TOPS, said don't you have any other color shirts beside black?

I said NOPE! I don't

I wanted to show my new Blouse and  Chrismtas Leggins. I had Christy Brinkly scheduled, but she canceled due to breaking her arm on DWTS.

The leggings have SLOTHS in Pink Christmas sweaters and trees. I was careful and took a test shot.

The thing is, I thought they were Bears, until I got them home.

Legging Mania?

Hello my name is MadSnapper! I can't go into Wal-Mart without browsing the leggings! Two on the left top are Christmas Leggings, One from last year and one from last week. They keep putting them on sale. they are only 5.78 regular price and Last year they were on Sale for $3.88 this year they are $4.44..

JUST SO YOU KNOW! I bought all of these over and 18 month period of time.

PS.... I have 4 solid black, 1 solid purple that are not shown. that is 12 print, 5 solid. Before you start judging me for buying more than I can wear, you need to know I wear 3 of them to the YMCA only.  I may have the Nick Name at the Y of Fancy Pants.... Hubby started that! Guess which one is my favorite that I wear more than any other. I will let you know tomorrow if you guessed it.

TOPS Christmas Party

My son has created a monster, when he taught me to wave at my cell phone to take selfies. Sharon and I went to the rest room, together as women do, and I sat my cell on the counter and Taught Her How, or make that how NOT to take seflies. We had a fit of the giggles, as we tried to lift our knees high enough to see the leggings, and went back to the party. The odd square is the photo Sharon took when I said just say Kimchee while she was taking the pic of Me and David. She said it did not work. I said say it Smile, and we all DID...

did you notice it is Dec 13 party and we all have on sandals?

I said David, come take a photo of us in our black tops and Chrismtas leggings. Then Sharon took one of David and I. Then we asked Lisa to come get in the Leggins and Black tops photo. can you tell Why?????

the funny thing was, David took the above pic with my cell, and gave it back, I said take one with Lisa's and he did, it was 2 minutes apart. see below that we all three posed exactly the same way the second time...

We ate off a buffet, the crackers and rolls were all Healthy Ones, I can't remember the names. Each of us brought a LEGAL Dish. Yes way to much but we had to choose what we wanted and everyone skipped breakfast, it was a brunch. This is not all, there were several things I can't remember. Before you ask, this was not typical of what we eat. Our party was much like any other, fun food, not balanced diet we live on daily.

My Mad Mind has a question

I found a question I wanted to ask all of you..... Do you have a favorite pair of shoes?


my answer is YES, mine are the ones above, Crocs Swiftwaters. I wear them everywhere I go. I came out of Wal-Mart with a loaded basket, and as I walked in my crocs, I glanced down and thought how much I loved the crocs. Next thought that slithered through my MAD brain, I paid more for the shoes than the pants and shirt I had on. Next thought was, add in the earrings and I paid more for the shoes than everything I had on.
$3.88 blouse, $3.88 leggins $20.00 Earrings...$27.66, shoes $34.99.... as I wandered along pondering all this amazing STUFF while watching the above shoes stepping along... I noticed a very fine piece of flat twine/rope about 2 feet long, laying about 10 feet from the back of my SUV.

My Mad Mind thought... that looks like a garrote, it could be evidence in a murder... which leads to my other question for today...

Do you read books or watch movies enough that you know what a garrote is????   Evidently I DO!!!!

Look at Jake the photobomber's mouth. Look at his reflection in the stove. Is He Laughing at ME? What think ye?  I might have gotten better photos, but I had 10 seconds to pose after pushing the button on the camera and had to walk around or over the dog trying to figure out just what I was doing.

What is up with the blowouts? same setting, same spot, taken within seconds of the others, but some blew and some did not

The upshot of these photos, is it is a good thing I have a SS check as income, cause I aint gonna be a MODEL.
