Walmart Mystery

At 10 minutes to 7, AM, still dark outside, I was Heading to the self check out with a cart full of expensive food in WM, I stood back and the doors burst open and a girl of maybe 25 rushed in the door ON A MISSION, she was nearly running, and FOCUSED.

I know you are thinking who cares? Aha! there is more. She was dressed in Pajamas, slippers and a Robe tied tightly around her middle.. 

As i drove home, I entertained myself by trying to come up with a scenario for WHY!

Sleeping in her car, potty run? If so, why put on PJ's?

Sleeping in an RV parked in the lot, lots of them do that. If so, was she buying milk for a baby? diapers for a baby? A sudden desire for a cold Starbucks Coffee in the cooler?

do you have a scenario? would you go in Walmart in PJ's, slippers and robe?

Can you come up with a reason you would do that? She was fine, decent, could see nothing but her hands and face..

Kitchen ART? or not!

 While email chatting with blogger friend Ann, I said I don't think there is an item in this house that I have not taken photos of..  After I sent the email I thought, KITCHEN DRAWER, utensils, forks, spoons, knifes. I quickly searched with Google for fork/spoon art. Wow, try it. 

I quickly snapped 10 photos in 5 minutes and played in PicMonkey for two hours. 

The rest of this is just what I did, I will show photo first, what I did to it.

PicMonkey Tutorial Selfie Sunday

 

The email from PicMonkey had me with the title of the new tutorial.

 Reimagine, Transform, Create. 

 I chose this one to follow. Yes, I know it's ugly, I just wanted to try it.

It looks like I might as well stop griping about this, it was started way before I was born. 

If you want to know the whys, the hows, the reason it will not change, and stay on one of the other this is a great ARTICLE.  and sad to say most of it makes sense. I need to learn to go with the flow.

Thankful Thursday n Weeds

 

For the past few months I have been buried in weeds up to my neck. I am still not yet ready to discuss these weeds on my blog. I just want you to know how much your visits and comments and emails mean to me and to say I am thankful you are all here each day.

Thankful for the moonlight

I stepped out the front door to roll the trash can/rubbish bin to the curb and went back for my phone. The moon was stunning behind the dark clouds, with the oak tree surrounding it and the grass below highlighted by the streetlight. 

Yes, when I saw the photo I thought, outside lighted tree /inside lighted tree and off to PicMonkey I went. I am thankful for PicMonkey and Beautiful Trees and the bright moon in the sky and streetlights.

 

Our Body Needs Water and FUN

Fun for this day was taking photos of water bottle and playing with them.

I fill this bottle when I get up and drink from it until it is gone, fill again.

I like water but I forget to drink it. I put the glass there and forget. This bottle is BIG, I can't miss it.

It holds 1.5 liters.

THEY say a woman needs 2 liters a day. I drink a glass with my am pill and a glass with fruits

blended in it which gives me my daily needs

 I have not missed my 8 or more for 4 days now.

 

Reasons we need water below and my IBS Coach says IBS does better the more we drink.

she suggests twice what is normal. More water seems to be helping

Testing PicMonkey Mobile App

 

I am a member of PicMonkey Pro and receive updates letting me know when they add new things.

I always do the tutorial just because I LOVE to learn it.

Email came on Sunday AM and said the mobile App for Android phone now has new abilities. 

 I used a white Square

 Added a background,

 changed the color,

 cut myself out of an old photo,

added me to the mix,

place a palm tree on my shirt

and Added the Fonts.

Added a graphic YOU CAN'T STOP Awesome, which was purple, orange and blue

Changed it to black and white

ITS TRUE!

I can do all this on the computer, and now did all of this while on the throne and

in under 5 Minutes.

YOU CAN"T STOP AWESOME

P.S. If I get stuck waiting in the doctor's office, or hospital room, or a long line of traffic, I can create silly stuff and bombard you with it. I even have an app for blogger on the phone.

It's not as easy as on computer but if I am waiting what else could I do?

If you see me in a line waiting, Duck, you may show up on this blog.

P.S.S.. its about time they put these things on Android, Apple users have had it for over a year.

Say yes to Tea

 

Thank you to all of you who suggested Teas to sooth my stomach. I started with Peppermint since it was the only one Walmart had on their shelves that matched your suggestions.

I wish I could say I LOVE it! I don't. But I will drink it. I used Stevia Brown Sugar in it.

It tased pretty good with Stevia Flavored Drops Vanilla, Mama order it in CHOCOLATE!

I said yes to Tea Time and as you can see it was worth the drinking for the additional playtime in PicMonkey

You will all, always be My Best-Tea!

Monday Magic

 

Ginny, of Let Your Light Shine,  and I have the same camera, she posted Fireworks and said she used firework settings. I thought, I have Firework Settings?

Well Yes! I do and did. Above is the lights in my nook with camera set on Fireworks.

there were no fireworks and it was daylight outside.

but I never let my any of my efforts be wasted. 

My Mad Mind took flight and cruised to PicMonkey..

You know the rest of the story.

I fiddled here and I fiddled there,

I searched my mind until I yanked my own hair.

Nada, just Nothing came to me, 

I thought just WHAT do I see?

This needs a Fairy, My Mind said to me.

And then I thought, what happens when a fairy comes from afar?

Well of course, I know, She wished on a STAR!

And then it occurred to me,

Her wand Exploded and burst into Three.
