Missing Me? Me Missing?(BeauSpeak)

Beau on April 15th, for 2 weeks he has been acting like a puppy, doing really well at this time. no pacing/eating grass episodes in 3 weeks   

To Blog or not to Blog

On April 16th, 2026, I saw a life bird. We have many woodpeckers here, and I thought I had seen them all. Not true. 

I stood absolutely thrilled listening to the pecking goin on! I had heard it for several days and thought that is a huge woodpecker. NOT SO!

She was only about 4 or maybe 5 inches tall, above my head, I had no camera. I froze and stood and watched her.

I took the old pick from 6 years ago, and asked AI to put black leggings, my pants of choice now, on me and add a downy woodpecker. I neglected to say female so had another go at AI

By now you are wondering what this has to do with blog or not blog.

Simple Answer IS.... I consider my blog a journal, keeping track of what we buy, do, see and used to go... I can search my blog and find out how many computers I purchased and when. My Memory Is Shot! its all here since 2009 and the dogs are on Fourpawsetc blog all 6 of them

FOR NOW I will post once a day what I have in my drafts, I will be unable to read your blogs and I feel really bad. I want these things on my blog.

I am unable to find time to read and comment. 

there will be a week of posts and then I will post as things happen I want on the blog.

I am praying that I will be able to come back to post/read/comment.

I do read emails each day and answer MOST of the time..

I will visit sporadically, as time allows. Love you all, Miss you all! 

To Blog or Not To Blog Part 1

I have been bummed and thinking Why DO I Blog? for What reason do I do this?  Do I want to continue?  Should I find another Hobby? I am out of things to blog about.

One thing led to another. (this happens in my mad mind a lot)

 Looking at my first post...I thought why did I create it. Answer was I had a zillion photos, my friend Bev sent me her blog post and I thought I CAN DO THIS... it will be a place to show photos. And to show my Microsoft Picture it Creations.

My Mad Mind said, How did I know about Picture It to make the creations? how did I know to buy Microsoft Picture it software? Do I still have the CD from 2002? NOPE! it was declared extinct by Microsoft and I threw it away. Now I find I paid $9.99 for it and on ebay it is selling for 15.01...even though it will not work on a new computer.

By this time I have killed over and hour with a few questions.

I glance to my left, pull out one of two drawers stuffed with CD's. I have not touched the drawers or CD's in YEARS. I STOP to count 122 CD's because I want to know how many are in the drawer.

the first year is 2002, I grab a CD that says 2002, Walmart and it has photos of Baby and Cooper on the front cover, I place the CD in the drawer that doesn't want to open because it has not been used in years.
It takes 87 years to populate on my monitor and I think, THAT is why I don't use CD,s any more.

When it opens it says Install Picture It on your computer? No, just show me the photos, dummy, it will not work on the computer, just show me the photos please.

I waste another  10 minutes figuring out how to SEE the photos and NOT install anything which would not install anyway. I see them but to open each one is giving me a head ache because it takes 60 seconds per photo to open each one.

I drag the folder onto the desk top and pray for patience during the THREE minutes it takes to end up there.

I bought the camera, could not get photos in the computer, had no printer to print them, took the SD card to Walmart and had them printed and they put My first photos from my first camera on my first CD.

I came home

Aha! the answer to how I knew about Picture It software was a paper in the CD that said Purchase Picture It and edit, create, print and while you buy the software get a printer for 99.00.

I DID THIS! when I bought the software.

That is only the beginning of a post that has now taken 2 hours of my life, because I typed Too Blog or Not to Blog as a post title and  now this post will  BE continued because I am to tired to type the rest....my mind is still racing and wandering.
