I had to verify before I put the name of the feet and found THIS  and Who Knew? Please let me know which ones you ordered... 😎

Overheard in a Crows Bar..... Well, Yes, I have been involved in a few "murders'.

The murder of crows in Boston, discovered all the lookout crows could shout CAH! but not a single one could shout TRUCK!

TOPS, Sunshine and Joy

I love sunshine, I love reflections

I love this sight, and have for 30 years.

I have grabbed my camera MANY times since 2002, after digital came to live here.

The Table was Clear for a few moments.

Sunshine makes me feel JOY.

So does my weight loss, 63 pounds down.

 Since I became the Leader of our TOPS chapter, my table almost always has TOPS related STUFF. 

I received this name tag on Feb 9, 2017. I changed it from a red ribbon to old necklace 

The Diamond 😁 TOPS pin, I won in 2018 for being the biggest loser in our chapter for 2017. I lost 44 pounds in 10 months of that year.

My records at TOPS show I have lost 51.8 pounds since I joined in 2017. My loss is more because I had already started to lose before I found the TOPS meeting.

The most important thing of all, is I am five pounds from my goal and have been within 2 pounds of my current weight since August 30, 2018. 

Divine Excess OH YES

Truer words were never spoken, than the name of this shop! I LOVE IT!

If you look carefully you can see the Casa Da Zoe is right next door to Divine Excess.. Below you can tell they painted the sidewalk purple and painted art on the sidewalk outside the fence.

My Favorite Art at Divine Excess, and there were TWO, one on each side of the entrance.

Photos in my back yard Oct 2019

My Dad's mother, lived with my aunt, in Savannah, Ga, during the 1950's. She carefully moved these ferns in their  planters from the yard to the back porch during the winter, to protect them from the cold. Come summer she moved them into the back yard. They flourished under her tender care.

My Mothers, mother, during those same years, lived here in Florida, about 2 miles from where I live now.
 Her house was the old Florida style and was 2 feet off the ground, leaving room for these ferns to flourish with no care at all.. Under her house and all over her yard, these ferns grew wild and beautiful. I never noticed the wild ferns in my grandmothers yard were exactly the same as my grandmothers in pots.

Fast Forward to 1985 when I moved in my new husbands home. The yard was filled with these ferns.

When I told him how happy I was to have ferns growing wild, he shared the story of their move from Pennsylvania in 1970. No worries! No wives were harmed in the making of this story. His wife died 4 years before I met him.. Just so you know.

They carefully packed two potted ferns and moved them 1200 miles, to find the back yard full of them. She planted the PA ferns with the Florida ferns and they lived happily together, waiting for me to fall in love with them in 1985.
We moved in this house in 1989 and again I was happy to find these ferns in our back yard. They grow up to 4 and 5 foot tall...  I have no photos, but the ferns that florist put in their floral creations, live wild here also. Bob's wife and my grandmother, had both type ferns in pots...

La Casa de Zoe 1

OOPS! Zoe part 2 posted yesterday which leaves today's part 1 After the pretty stuff. if you missed yesterday, that is where the ART is... my mind once again played switcharoo in blogger.

This Private residence is my most favorite of all the occupied homes in the Village of the Arts.
There is so much art in the yard, I will have one more post. I love the live palms, but the yard if full of metal sculptured palms. I LOVE THOSE PALMS.  The cedar tree is full of hanging art.

We had a cool day on Friday, woke up to 73 and the high was still only 75 at lunch time, low humidty. AC was turned off at midnight and stayed off all day. YAY!

See what I mean about the palms? the house next door is Pink, this house is multicolored, mostly blue

Photo overload, but I could not help myself. I spent about 20 minutes of my hour in front of this home. Since there is nothing to read. take the time to enlarge and just stare at all the beautiful art.

Art Junkie 1

As I wandered in the Village, I heard a megaphone, and saw the man Yelling into it. Art Junkie, come on over. He saw me look and started waving and yelling come on over, don't miss the fun. I immediately did an about face and headed to his fence and through the gate. Can you guess Why?
 Hint! see top collage... She greeted me at the gate and her name is Olive. I did stop loving on her long enough to get a few photos.

 If you were surrounded by 30 lions, 25 elephants and 10 hippos, how would you get away from them?
