I love sunshine, I love reflections
I love this sight, and have for 30 years.
I have grabbed my camera MANY times since 2002, after digital came to live here.
Above photo taken 2 days before below photos.
The Table was Clear for a few moments.
Sunshine makes me feel JOY.
So does my weight loss, 63 pounds down.
Since I became the Leader of our TOPS chapter, my table almost always has TOPS related STUFF.
I received this name tag on Feb 9, 2017. I changed it from a red ribbon to old necklace
The Diamond 😁 TOPS pin, I won in 2018 for being the biggest loser in our chapter for 2017. I lost 44 pounds in 10 months of that year.

Totally awesome!! It is harder to lose weight the older we get. I am keeping my 100 pounds off, and trying to lose a bit more. You just DO it, and do not complain or anything!
That is very impressive effort. Well done. I had to convert pounds to kilograms to get a feel for how much you have lost 25 Kilos ...wow. My daughter lost 18 and thought that was great. Here I am trying to lose 3 kilos/6.5 pounds and I'm finding it hard..I've lost 2k so far that last one is a killer.I love the sunlight too. It looks lovely pouring in your window.
Hello,
I love the view of the sunshine! Congrats on your weight loss, you are doing great. The last little bit is always the hardest, keep up the good work. Have a happy day!
I love the shot of the sunny room with the glimpse of the outside area - light and dark adds interest. Well done on your weight loss! I'm sure you all encourage one another at your group and you are an inspiration.
You are an inspiration with your weight loss. That takes dedication and determination. I hope I can do as well
You have accomplished so much...and you look so good. You sure are a good example of what can be done with a little determination.
Sweet view from your front(?) door! After a couple "trips 'n bumps" I've finally come to feel that way about my own home.
You and the TOPS organization are such an inspiration! I've been bouncing around my goal weight now for the last 6 months … pound lost/pound gained. Like my mother used to say, it's most important how you FEEL. I just wish she were still around so I could say, "You're right."
Great photos in the sunshine; it does brighten the day, doesn't it. Can't wait for the weather here to clear off so wee can have some. Congrats on you weight loss! I'm struggling with getting on the right track and know I would feel so much better but can't seem to keep that as my focus. Each day is new, so I keep trying. Enjoy your day!!
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo proud of you Sandra - I sure wish I could do it - you did an awesome job - I think you will keep it off too. That is the trick and I think you have it!
What Ann says, I agree. You are an inspiration and you've shown us it CAN be done. High five!!

WOW! That's the most wonderful news, I had no idea you lost that much weight. I understand that the best thing is keeping it off for over a year. Congratulations, my friend. A wonderful achievement.
