The mouth yawned wide and roared Feed Me Now
The Men on the roof dropped the limbs one by one and the unlucky man on the ground
fed the loud monster. I took these while they were on a break because I intended to come out of this with all my own limbs intact.

I have seen these in action, and they are very impressive. They grind wood to a pulp.
Great photos! Those mulching machines are impressive.

I commend you on your photojournalism!!! &*> YAM xx
Wow, that guy holding that chain saw up with one hand. I would be afraid of dropping it.
Those mulching machines are great bits of kit. They make short work of some fairly big bits of tree. You teased us with a bee in your bonnet and then it was gone...
Hello Sandra, I have never seen a mulching machine, they must make short work of all the limbs.
Like something in a horror novel, right? I never visualized one of those before.
See, you're doing us a public service -- every day's a school day!
Fantastic invention for chipping up that old tree.
The machine sure makes fast work and its clean but noisy.
Great story detail.

Wow they are quite efficient and neat.
Not a job I would ever want #1 it is so noisy and OMDs too high. So glad there are those who are good at it

Think of it like a movie trailer.... Now we are buying tickets for next Tuesday. We have our popcorn and soda ready. Bees and bonnets awaited.
Those chippers work really well and bring limbs down to a manageable product.
That loud monster always makes our mom very nervous when she sees the guys feeding it. But we find it entertaining:)

I've always thought those machines were awesome. I like watching them. It certainly is a lot easier than it was many, many years ago.
Thanks. ❤️
Wow that looked scary. Hope all is well at your end.
most tree companies here have a chipper - they make a grinding noise and it is loud but does a great job. the guys who came here, drove their truck to top of driveway and then came back with brooms for the loose bits...
