These were taken Saturday AM at the same time, above shooting to the South at sunrise, below shooting to the East and into the rising sun....
This is what we watch as our Jake the Energizer Bunny chases his tennis ball, every morning at the same time, sun up means throw that ball.
Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers, the mountain and the sea, are excellent schoolmasters, and teach some of us more than we can ever learn from books.

Pretty pictures, Sandra. Love the silhouette of the leaves. Hope you have a very nice day.
My definite favorite is the middle one, number two!! Just the right amount of black silhouettes, with the beautiful pink stripes of the sky behind!!!
Beautiful shots, what a great way to start your day. I love all of the silhouettes but the last one is my favorite.
That quote is wonderful and so very true.

Nice: sky with all its colors is an infinite surprise!
Such pretty silhouettes against the sky.
What a great view to look at every morning.
Great photos of the sky, Sandra... Think you might have some kind of long spam comment.... Did you see it?
Why didn't you take the line out of the first picture? I have learned to do that on Photoshop--and I use that little tool alot!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
what a great way to start the day....love the photos...
Beautiful!
I love sunrises. There is a distinct difference between sunrises and sunsets, the colors are different. I'm an early riser so I often get to see sunrises.
Sandra, so nice of you to get up earlu to catch these lovely sunrise shots while I remained in bed sleeping.
Love the pastels in the sky!
Love the photos and the quote too : )
I really like both shots...
