I never get tired of seeing that beautiful bloom with the bananas popping out. But every time you show bananas the Banana Boat song gets stuck in my brain. "Hey, Mr. Tally Man, tally me bananas......

I still can't get over the fact you have bananas....so cool! I wish I could grow some on Remington Drive. By the way -- I do run but Beth doesn't....ha ha!

When I was in California I saw bananas all the time but never this close up. So is that a blossom kind of thing they come out of? I know nothing. Some people have bananas here but they are few and far between. I don't think they grow as well here because it's too hot and not tropical enough. There's a banana tree down on the temple grounds in town. Fascinating.

The closest I've ever come to seeing bananas growing is in a public tropical garden under glass. This is very cool, Sandra!

So pretty! I guess that's the "bloom".

The banana plant is so beautiful and festive looking. It could be used for a decoration for a fiesta, etc. And then the party goers can eat the bananas... :-) The colors are gorgeous! Who is a better artist than our God...?
Love you, Madeline

How cool!!! I've never seen bananas grow. Plus, I wasn't here, back when you showed them before. ,-) So there!

Do your dogs eat bananas, as a treat? One blogger's "grand" doggies, like them. :-) Never heard of this before, either.
