Shadow Shot Sunday

This is what I saw when I stepped into the garage to do laundry.... Virginia Creeper and Bob's Garage Fan in silhouette....   In Florida if you don't stay on top of Virginia Creeper it can and will bury your house and everything on the property, including trees.....

It does make interesting foto fodder. Shadow Shot Sunday

Our Asian Jasmine, honeysuckle and lantana do the same thing!! It is a constant battle! THEN there is the MINT!!!

It's almost black and white. With just the palest pale whisper of green in the foreground. Perfect!

Hello Sandra, pretty shadow shots. We have more of a problem with the honeysuckle taking over everything.

Happy Sunday, Enjoy your day and new week ahead!

I suspect if you sat still too long it would just cover you up. VC grows well here, too.

Have a great day.

I don't recall ever seeing Virginia Creeper - either in Port Charlotte or the Tampa metro. Neat imagery!

Shadow pictures are so much fun! I'm enjoying Bosch, it's very well done. I read many of the books about him years ago. Thanks for the recommend.

Those vines grow so fast. We have some here that do that too! Our last house was covered with creeping fig which we really liked. We actually planted those.

Hello hello, I have not been around in a while. I always like seeing what you have been up to with your camera/tablet, these pictures are great.

Good way to describe it, Sandra. It is akin to kudzu which is any crawling vine that will take over large areas.

That is a great shadow shot, Sandra. Oh, no. Our Virginia Creeper crept all the way to Florida!
