Man has been endowed with reason, with the power to create, so that he can add to what he's been given. But up to now he hasn't been a creator, only a destroyer. Forests keep disappearing, rivers dry up, wild life's become extinct, the climate's ruined and the land grows poorer and uglier every day. [Uncle Vanya, 1897]

What an amazing tree, pefect quotes.
Sunny :)
I am jelous of all the blooming things you have all year long. Beautiful.
I hope you saw my comment from yesterday. Sometimes I don't get to my blogs till bedtime, so it was late. This is a magic tree, isn't it? What a surprise, and how wonderful. I would hardly have believed such a thing. God is the ultimate creator, and when He created us in His likeness, this is something of His that He has given us. I agree that it's too bad we do use it to destroy.
Lucky you to have such beautiful trees around your home to enjoy every day. That amazing trees also look spectacular in their new dress. All the quotes are great. It is amazing that the last one was written in 1897.
