King George & Shelley

Per request from Squirrel Queen for Python Pics and Let Your Light Shine for MORE of the reptile show. HERE We Go!

Meet Shelley The Tortoise..

King George the Python and Jamie the brave one. Several staff members, including Jamie, had me take their photo with King George. Six of the residents had their photos holding him also. due to privacy issues i can not post their photos, but you would love them if I could.

God's Creation is my inspiration! and it does include snakes and tortoise. Hope know of you suffer from snake phobia.
Most of my photography comes from nature and the beauty that God created, but I am addicted to taking photos of any and everything, some beautiful, some not. I find what the camera sees is always beautiful and that beauty truly is in the eyes of the beholder
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth 31 And God saw evry thing that He had made, and behold it was very good.

I appreciate God's creatures, there are just some I choose not to snuggle with.
Great pictures!

Thanks for the reptile post. Upon clicking on Shelley, I notice that she is a properly accessorized tortise. The blush on her face perfectly matches her red polka dot stockings. And her yellow color block outfit is so perfectly geometric. A snappy dresser, to be sure! About King George, all I can say is Ewwwwww!

Great pics Sandra, verry clear. If I did that with the snake I would be "the snake never hurt anyone before poor Snapper II".

Cool, King George is very handsome. He looks to be about seven feet. Thanks for posting the pics. I know I'm a strange woman but I like the pythons and boas. The last one I handled was Rosie the Boa.

I enlarged Shelley's photo and was looking at the pattern on her shell, it is amazing.

OUCH...... I will check out King George --but only from a DISTANCE... I despise snakes, even the little ones. BUT--"MY" King George is quite special--right here in our own home. I'll keep him!!!!

Hugs,
Betsy
