Two elderly ladies had been friends for many decades. Over the years they had shared all kinds of activities and adventures. Lately, their activities had been limited to playing cards a few times a week.
One day when playing cards, one looked at the other and said, "Now don't get mad at me. I know we've been friends a long time, but I just can't think of your name. I've thought and thought, but I can't remember it. Please tell me what your name is."

Gorgeous photos! My friend has a parrot that loves fruit. I always thought birds just ate bird seed--so not true!
So sorry that you are still in a drought! We never did get the huge storms. We had rain off and on. There were still dire predictions when we went to bed but nothing right here. Perhaps nearby?

Oh, more colourful birds - and fruit, too. A friend of mine had a parrot, long time ago. He was not very friendly towards other people though. Finally she had to choose between the parrot or her boyfriend. Boyfriend won... (And they're still happily married.)
