How this post happened... I had a box of crayons,
I tried to burn them in a prior post and they would not burn.
I remembered my dear friend Ann at SnapEditScrap has been posting her Art Journal Projects..
BAZINGA! a POST Appeared in my Head...
I dug out an old sketch pad and a pencil and because I was sitting on the sofa, looking at the lamp by the vertical blinds, I decide to DRAW what I saw...
In a blink I had colored over the pencil,
I blinked again and I decided to tell you the crayons all have three names of the color on them.
NOTE: I have had that box for at least 15 years and never noticed that..
Earlier I had visited Dory's Backyard and she did a tutorial cutting out with PiZap and I HAD to go play. I was busy cutting me out of a photo and.....
NOTE: I have been using PiZap for a year and did not know it will cut things out
I blinked and there was the art thingy in PiZap... you know the rest of the story.

What fun. Have a super Saturday.
Best wishes Molly
It's been a long time since I had crayons, but I remember how they smell. I always loved to color when I was younger. Love your photos and all the color in your post today.
Hello Sandra, I like your drawing with crayons and the cute cut outs.. I had to visit PiZap and Dory's blog to see what it was about. Thanks for sharing the link! I have not looked at crayons since my son was a child he is 22 now..Have a happy weekend!
Love your creativity and the artsy flair you have!...:)JP
Just like Paul Harvey....'and now you know the rest of the story'.
Bazinga!!!!
I'm stuck on your first sentence--the one where you had a box of crayons and you tried to burn them..!!
Best,
Bonnie
Now you know that I LOVE this post. I honestly love how you did that drawing and it gives me an excuse to sit on the couch and sketch what I see.
Your colored sketch was brilliant enough but even more wonderful with the stuff you did to it in PiZap. I like the red colored pencil drawing the hand. I personally think you should do more drawing :)
You are an artist! I did not realize you could sketch that good.
And it's so much better than I could ever draw.
Great job. You are an artist.
you play on and off the computer. :)
Love these Sandra! You have such a creative mind and it is always fun to see what you post.
How wonderful that Jakey's post could be part of the thought process!!
We are having a blast exploring PiZap!!
Mama Beth, Jakey, Dory, Arty & Bilbo
Ha - what fun! I'll have to go explore PiZap a little more. I'm rather stuck on PicMonkey because it's so easy. I'm all about easy. LOL
Your post today reminded me of how much my daughters used to love their giant sets of Crayola Wax Crayons. Glorious colours.
TOTALLY cool and creative! You are now the Mad Coloring Artist!
How much fun is that?? I occasionally pick up a sketch pad, you make me think I should do it more often!
Your always have fun creating things. Now I feel like coloring......
I love how much fun you have being creative! I can't imagine you ever having a single boring minute in your life. I wish I had the ability to always think outside the box! Have a wonderful weekend!

I haven't had a box of crayons with labels on them in years. I've never seen them with the color names in various languages. Nice drawing!
Now I need to check out my crayons because I don't remember seeing French, Spanish and English on them. Maybe I've had my crayons for more than 15 years though. ;))
