I consider my left eye cataract surgery a miracle. by night fall I could watch TV without my glasses.
And it doesn't matter at all that I will be living with 4 bottles of drops for a whole month, 4 times day. I have my trusty timer and I can SEE to use it.. In my prior post I was concerned about how I would look with no makeup or hair spray.,.. Now you know. The thing is looking like the two bad pics above I was The Prettiest Woman In the Waiting Room. I kid you NOT... I looked at everyone there, about 10 women and thought Oh Wow and I was worried about how I look....
I have been feeling depressed before my eye surgery, but they sent me to the low vision centre..
Did you make spectacles of yourself while I was gone? Sorry if my puns keep getting cornea...
SEE? nothing changed while eye was gone.

drops are worth being able to see clearly. I go without hairspray and makeup all the time. I probably look horrible but I don't care....lol
Eye'm glad to see nothing changed while you were gone. You can get as corneas you want because eye enjoy it
Hello, I do not wear makeup because of my allergies. So I must look bad all the time, lol. I am so glad your surgery went well and you can see so well, that is awesome.
I love the funnies and corneas.
Happy weekend to you.
Make-up is over rated. You smile makes up for all the foundation in the world.
cornea...haha!
glad to hear you did GREAT!
Isn't it just wonderful? It's like a miracle. Fresh brand new eyes. Your skin is flawless, so pretty. Before and after are totally different than the other two! The worry is worse than the surgery. No pain ever? Those waiting rooms are geezer city. Seems to me that more women than men get cataracts.
Eye am happy your eyes are doing so well, and eye like your corny cornea jokes.
So thankful you are doing so well! Amazing how quickly your sight improved; truly a miracle. So proud for you. You look beautiful. I stopped wearing makeup about 3 years ago. My eyes itch due to allergies and I just look plain all the time BUT I feel good, so I let my smile be my makeup. Your smile and eye color are gorgeous!
What a 360 degree change in 24 hours!! Eye'm so happy
Eye could dance
Hugs Cecilia
First time I got glasses, I looked in the mirror and saw all the wrinkles I never knew I had. Seriously though, I'm so glad that you are feeling so great and can see so well. You are helping me through this and I feel my fears getting less the more I see of you and read about yuor great experience. Thank you.
It's good to see you so quickly recovered, Tom has the start of cataracts so its encouraging to see its not that bad to have done.

Glad your surgery was so successful.
What, no eye patch? Looking LOTS better than I would have suspected, Sandra!
Off topic a minute ... what's this about frozen shoulder I saw on FB?? I 'caught' that 5-6 years ago and swear, nothing had/has ever hurt like that. I literally had to slither into my blouses/dresses; it got to the point I wished they just amputate my arm! Hopefully yours is a thing of the past, as well?
PS - That's pretty cute about winning the Prettiest Woman in the Waiting Room. Doesn't that deserve a Culver's?
Wahoo!! Looking AND feeling good, so glad things went so well!!
We can see that you are looking good, Sandra. Glad all went well and your vision is better now.
Love the puns! And I love that everything went so well!! One down! And you look mahvelus darling. Eye'm not kidding!
I'm glad nothing changed--except that your eye sees better!
I'm so pleased it turned out so well!!!
Looking good.
Glad to hear that your doing so well!
Nothing changed except you can see!!! You give me hope. I have been tending toward gloom at my eyesight. It's a couple months before my visit to eye doc. Likely cataract action is in my future, too.
Glad you got your happy smile back! :) Congratulations on a successful operation.
Looking good!!!
I am so glad that it was a huge success! Amazing what medical science can do these days, isn't it. And you're back in good form. I always love the puns. :-)
