Did you know you can't light a candle with a match while whistling a Christmas song? I struck the match, I held it out and poof, the match went out as did the candle... Try it if you don't believe me
How do you light candles? with matches or a flame thrower?
I have both but since they made the tiny flame thrower child proof and I have to use both hands to make if burn, I rarely use it.

I agree! Those flame throwers are hard to use. My hands are weak.

I did know that I can't light a candle with a match while whistling a Christmas song because I can't whistle. :) I just use a regular bic lighter to light my candles. They seem to last longer than the flame throwers and are cheaper.
I love both collages!
My preference is wooden matches. We keep two sizes on hand. I can't even use a bic without burning myself; let alone a flame thrower--hahaha.

Usually matches at home... But if I go to light candles in the graveyard (mostly at Halloween time) I take a flamethrower.
I LOVE the stars inside; it is like a whole tiny universe! No wonder you are holding your head in your hands! Your brain is so clever that you have to keep it from exploding.
What is a flame thrower? I use one of those long lighters. Might be the same thing. I don't have matches here - then no one can get in them and play.

I use a flame thrower for now...but it does seem they make them harder and harder to light with one hand!
I use a flame thrower but I wonder if I whistled "Mariah...they call the wind Mariah" if the flame thrower would go out!?!?!?!
Well, I can't whistle to save my soul ... so there goes that. 'Love how you blur out the backgrounds in these pictures! The candles and stars are so cool!
I love those last 4 of you!!!!! I use matches too. I hate child proof stuff. My spine problems have left me with weaker than normal hands... so I get frustrated!
All your photos are cute! In the kitchen I usually use one of those flame throwers to light a candle.
