Good Morning, It's later than you think

If you live in USA, did you spring forward one hour  on your clock?

Or Do you need spring forward NOW as you read this?

Are you lucky enough to be in AZ or Hawaii and don't have to change time?

Our weather is whacked out. We used AC in FEBRUARY, and on this day of the photo, we turned the heat on. Notice the fog on the doors? it was 48 outside with wind chill feels like 40... IN MARCH....
                    NOT Florida weather.
Now we are back in the 80's each day.
This is my kitchen at 8:55 AM on Wed. 3/6/2019... I sat in my rocker and enjoyed the bright sun and thought OH NO, Sunday morning this will be 9:55 am....

each time the time changes I WHINE.

Do you mind if you lost an hour?
I drive Bob crazy each time it changes, we woke up at 4 today and the first thing out of my mouth was..
It is REALLY only 3 AM....Big is looking at us like why are you up so early?

Hello,

I wish they would stop the time changing, just leave it as it is today.. Nice view of your kitchen and door. It is in the 30's this morning, hopefully warming up this week. Enjoy your day!

Our clocks have been changed. It always throws me out of sinc. That was cold for Florida. You have a real pretty kitchen, so full of light.

LOL the entire time we are on DST...I always say but it is really...2 pm not 3 pm. Drives me batty...not DST per se but just the changing. I'd be ok if they'd pick and time and stick with it.
Spring forward makes our Grandfather clock grumpy

I don't necessarily mind losing the hour but I didn't like waking up at 7 am when I am usually up before 6. It will be better tomorrow.

Your dining room is always so lovely and calming! I KNOW you have told me about that plant before, but I can't remember if it is fake or real. Only that you have had it a long time. And it's in the perfect place. Now I am wondering how long it will take you to get back on schedule and feel better. I just saw on the T.V. yesterday that changing the clock forward an hour gives people a 25% higher chance of heart attack. Hard to believe!

Well we changed our clocks last night, except for the one on Dave's side of the bed. It is on some weird system and changes automatically on Grenwich mean time or something li
like that. so for a week or two his is always an hour back. So confusing...I know , I know why don't we get another clock? Because I'm cheap and this one works fine for 48 weeks of the year...(:0)
We went to church last night so we didn't have to get up extra early today...We were so happy this morning..got up late but that's okay...because...the sun is shining today, the sky is blue and all seems right with the world.
Temps are in the mid 50F's but no rain just that beautiful orb in the sky. It sure makes a difference in one's attitude.
Love the sunshine photo of your dining room it's so cozy and inviting.

I agree with Ginny! Your dinette is so clean and bright … and inviting. Now that I'm retired, I don't mind the time change so much. Yet, I'm going to dread all the extra daylight at day's end (eg, higher a/c bills). Thank goodness, all I had to change was the kitchen stove and microwave clocks. Our cell phones, tablets - even the television - obey the mother ship. I should probably do like my mother and use today and November 3 to change the batteries on the smoke detector.

I like your peaceful scene.I try hard not to whine, although I do not like this time change thing at all. I wish they would choose one and stay with it.

I absolutely hate daylight saving time. I whine about it too! By the way, I have my a/c on right now.

Well you know how I feel about the time change. It has my me all screwed up. I woke up this morning and looked at the clock and saw 6:44 and thought why did I sleep so late. Well it was late even if the time hadn't moved forward but still. Now I'll feel like I lost more time because I got up so late. Even last night I went to bed an hour later than usual because I was wide awake. Of course that could be because when I got home from work I fell asleep on the couch and took a nice long nap
