I purchased 2 green pool noodles at Wal-Mart for 94 cents each and cut to fit the metal bars on our Poolside Towel/Bathing suit rack. Years ago I purchased one and remembered to get PVC pipe, this one 2 years ago is METAL. the Rust was staining things, and I had
an
Moment and cut the noodles to fit the metal. Now it is harder for the wind to blow things off on the ground. In Florida the sun eats metal, towels, bathing suits, any thing that is left outside will become trashed soon.

I guessed it! You had a stroke of genius, for sure! What a great idea. You can do lots of things with pool noodles. We put them on the edges of doors so Sim cannot shut himself inside a room.
The most CLEVER idea yet!! High five.
I had it figured out that it was a pool noodle covering something but I wasn't sure what until I scrolled. That was a great idea.

I guessed pool noodle - but thought it might be on the handlebars of the steps into the pool for extra grip - same idea but different! YAM xx
Hello,
What a great idea, using the PVC pipe and the noodles. I did guess the pool noodle. Enjoy your day!
That was a GREAT idea Sandra!
So those noodles are great for a lot of things. You can wrap all sorts of pipes in those and I have seen them used to make wreaths. HOWEVER I tried that cause the noodles were cheap on yr at the end of summer but one person bending one of those to make a wreath is CRAZY....you need to folks to bend and duct tape. Smart idea.
MS that was for sure a genius invention!!
What a great idea. You should patented it

I use noodles in our garage as a bumper stop to save the wall. Great idea you had.
Not what I guessed...I thought maybe crayon.
Well, that one stumped me. Another great idea from the Mad Snapper!
Genius! 'Wish we'd have had one of those racks in Arizona.
Yay...I guessed it correctly...pool noodles are great for so many things. I always see some new use for the crazy things on the internet.
Perfect for your towel rack.
Sunshine is back today...just a spritz of rain yesterday and now the temps are suppose to be in the 90's again.
I so loved the fresh smell yesterday and that special feel to the air.
In the photo it looked pointed to me. I was thinking styrofoam Christmas tree. Noodles are a great idea and can be used for so many things.
Great solution!
