Can't Stop The Feeling

The above is from the below Video, Justin Timberlakes Can't Stop The Feeling. For about a year it has been in my YouTube playlist for exercise.  A few weeks ago I decided to see if I could Play my Playlist on Fire TV stick on the big screen TV...      These are photos I took while dancing to the music.

Pick 3 or 4 songs, dance and jump around, MOVE to the BEAT and that is the same as walking a mile.
We are waking up to 81 feels like 91 and by 1 pm it is 92 feels like 102... I just can't walk my mile outside in humidity..  Go ahead, click on the link above and try to do what they do.... get dancing.

My shut down for 3 months, Covid-19 weight gain was 7 pounds, I have now lost 5 of those by eating protein, veggies and fruit and DANCING or Walking...

You know how to find them! This is a good song to dance to, not too fast either. I'm glad you're not going out in that heat.

When I was a little girl, I used to get what they called "Prickly Heat". Ever heard of it? If I was out in the sun for too long, I would get red bumps all over my skin. I guess it was a mild sun allergy. There was even Prickly Heat powder by Johnson & Johnson, in a green & white shaker can. So long ago...

I just googled Prickly Heat. Don't know why I never thought of that in over 60 years! Pictures and everything. It is also called Heat Rash.

Your dancing and walking sounds like a good way to exercise and keep your weight in balance. I think I've lost weight by relying on someone else to buy our groceries in lockdown. Daughter chooses low or zero fat dairy products and rarely gets us biscuits and other nibbles, just basic food. I haven't been walking this week because of the cold and rain. A musical dance workout sounds a good way to warm up. With your heat and humidity a walk doesn't sound so good.

Ya, that humidity is a torture. But, it's the only safe exercise for me. If I would dance, the heart rate goes up to 200+ bpm & my electrical "shut off valve" doesn't slow down so ER here I come. Not worth it for me...personally.

I do so admire you for having the determination to lose that weight, I wish some would rub off on me. I have zilch willpower, lol

Good for you getting rid of the weight you put back on. I wish I had your willpower and determination. I keep saying I'm going to start exercising and eating better but I fail every time.

I know what Ginny talks of - only I still get it! Need to use talcum in all the 'bits' to protect against it. Doesn't stop me loving the warmth though! I like a good dance... YAM xx

How fun is thaaaat? I especially liked that grocery stocker guy.
My weight gain since March is about 5 lbs. -- not awful, unless you consider before the shut-down I'd already needed to LOSE 5 lbs. For some reason my body's refusing to go into ketosis, so I need to up my exercise. Fleetwood Mac anyone? :)))

Bravo !!
That's a big weight loss and you are well on your way to your goal.
Me? I am down a few more ounces and happy about that. It's gonna come off eventually.
Doing my exercises every am and Dave and I are trying to walk every day. Haven't this last week because it was too hot, still we worked very hard in our yard so we still got in some movement.

Dancing is a very good way to have fun and get excercise . Using a TV sure makes it more fun. I am not liking the new google blogger at all. Already we have so many challenges and now this.

I wish I had your energy to dance to my favorite songs. It's been so long since I danced, I probably don't have any moves left.
