Avoid Housework at all cost

I will do anything to avoid housework.

While watching Ann of SnapEditScrap tutorial on how to make a fall craft, I saw the words, Had a hard time getting the cell phone to stand up.

I did NOT get up when done viewing and attack the house work.

I emailed Ann not one but 3 times including links to YouTube videos on HOW To DIY standing up your phone. ( just in case she did not know how to search for them)

I spent an hour watching YOUTUBE videos on DIY cellphone holders. I tried the easiest one first. (see above photo)

I even made a video using the phone in cup idea. DELETED IT QUICKLY my voice sounded funny and made another one.

Should have deleted it!

moved on to Prop up the phone using my Laptop....should have deleted it also.

What is wrong with my voice??? To be continued.............

Your voice sounds just as nice as ever, but there is like an echo, or maybe th T.V. in the background? I await the rest!

I hate listening back to myself - my voice is pitched a lot higher than I think it is!!! But others don't mind coz you still sound exactly as they always here you. And of course, your readers know no different! YAM xx

I hear ya...by that I mean, same here. Voice recordings are never like you think they should be. Mine of myself alway sound like I'm talking thru phlem. oh look, look...Ann got a gifted tri-pod. I have one too, & they're not expensive.

Hello,

Great ideas, they do sell something special to prop up phones. I never use my phone to make a recording. I do not like the sound of my voice, especially on a recording. Take care, enjoy your day

I LOVE these. I am glad you didn't delete them and I love hearing your voice. I can understand though because I hate hearing my voice on a recording.

No vocals here either. I once read that you need to purposely lower your voice a notch before recording.
A sweet lady I follow on Instagram recently did some voice stories. A sweet southern belle; just as I expected.
Maybe I will give it a try one of these days.

I don't hear anything amiss with your voice. (Maybe another trip to Florida is in order?) But I'm certainly envious of your pretty nails.
That last keyboard idea is great! The first doctor's teleconference, we tried propping Tom's phone on the laptop stand ... you know, the 3-way one you found at Wal-Mart. Anyway, neither of us realized it sitting there, totally muted the little microphone at the bottom. Oops! Now, when I want to do take a selfie I use one of the wee wooden easels I have to prop up little pictures.
Looking forward to what's next!

PS - Enjoyed Bob's cameo in the first video! :)

I love doing research...and of course one thing leads to another! I like searching the trails we hike and seeing what is said about them on the internet. You find some of the neatest tips and you share...just like a girlfriend always does! Sweet hugs!

Great ideas! You sound fine to me. You should hear my voice! Have you ever heard Marge's sisters on The Simpsons? That's what I sound like LOL!

I didn't hear a thing and I so wanted to hear your voice. Other than that, I didn't understand what was going on here, but loved it anyway.

Why would you want your cell phone to stand up? Mine is perfectly happy lying down.

Anything but housework! HaHa although laundry is my favorite chore. You sure are a helpful lady. You should do a series Helpful Hints from Sandra! I like that! :-)
