Earrings on the Tree

I hung 15 pair of dangly earrings on the tree, just because. And just because I read a post on
The Happy Whisk, I was inspired by her photos to force my beloved iPhone 7 plus to take macro.
With a little help from my friends on YouTube, I did get photos of the tiny earrings on the teeny tiny tree.
My tree is only 18 inches tall, 0.4572 meters.

I always had two trees, both were 24 inches, one for the nook, one by the chair in the living area. Hanging ornaments is not what I like to do. 1 year I grabbed a rose garland and wrapped the tree and plugged it in. Done.

Great picture taking! We haven't had a tree in years. We used to cut our own before the 2011 fire.

You sure do have a lot of pretties earrings. They make wonderfully tree ornaments. The flower ornament is pretty too.

It looks nice all decked out in earrings. They make good ornaments for the little tree. I think the tree with the rose garland looked great too. That was a good idea. It looks like a professionally decorated tree.

I love the idea of decorating the tree with earrings! I never had my ears pierced so I don't have any, though.

How clever! I love the little sea horse; how they used to fascinate me as a child.
The second one is my personal favorite. I've never seen anything like that, but it makes me want to start singing "Delta Dawn." ("... a faded rose from days gone by.")

The rose garland does look very pretty but I love that you had the idea to use the earrings on the tree. They look so cute.

I'm joining the chorus of admiration too...
Your rose garland is very chic.
Going to "Sayonara" kids club today to volunteer for their Christmas party. These are kids that have little money or support from their homes. Son Steve is taking a photo of each one with Santa so they have a keepsake for themselves. I'll probably be helping with the cookie decorating and then there is dinner provided and Christmas Carols in the neighborhood. Hope I can get a candid picture or two.

Great idea - Earrings on the Christmas tree.
I like earrings and have a lot of them.
It looks fun and I would spend a lot of time looking at your Christmas tree.
Ah and it doesn't bother at all if there's only one - because the second one was lost :-))
Happy greetings to you from Viola

Despite the fact that you do not like to decorate a tree, the earring one was lovely, Sandra, and it gave a great photo opp to do macros.
