Doodle Turned Duck Chicken?

I sat and let my mind take over with doodling and the eyes came first, a break and you can see the rest. The one above I just used the smear thingy.. My leg is already looking better today, a tiny bit smaller and not so red and ugly. Meds of any kind give me weird dreams. I had a doozy one last night. I would look up side effects but she told me to stop searching medical questions. She said 9 out of 10 times it will be wrong and you fret for nothing.
She said when they had their first baby girl, at 2 months she raised her head and turned over and then kept rolling. They googled if that was normal and it said if you baby is rolling over at 2 months old, it might be signs of spinal meningitis.  Turned out it was an ad trying to get babies to sign up for testing.
Her last words were stay off the medical questions, Google fun stuff. Little does she know!
How'd I do????

I think your doctor is giving you very good advice. If you go onto the website of the Mayo Clinic, or some other august institution to seek knowledge that’s one thing, but random, unverified Google searches would seem foolhardy and potentially dangerous to me. You might even meet presidents counselling bleach injections as a measure to counter COVID.

Hello,
I am glad your leg is getting better. I was sorry I googled nose bleeds, I read something awful about blood clots. I love your doodles, very cute!
Take care, have a happy weekend.

Doodling is such fun. That is a cute duck.
I agree about not looking for medical answers on-line. I've done that and according to WebMD I shouldn't be alive. LOL
Get well soon! 💙

I think that advice was fair. It is hard to know sometimes.

When I was in practice, one of the biggest symptoms I had to overcome was Googlitis... Love the doodles! YAM xx

That is excellent advice. We can scare ourselves silly looking these things up, only to find the info is bogus. Good to know your leg is feeling better. Love the doodles!

My doctor has said the same thing!
Your doodles are art!

How curious! I recently said something to my primary about consulting "Dr. Google" and she said, "We do the same thing." Ditto years ago at Tom's oncologist's office. I still enjoyed -- and appreciated -- your doctor's personal story. It's hard!

Love your art work ... particularly the first one. I think you should hang it on the front of your refrigerator like we used to do with our children's work!

I love your doodles and hope you have good reports from the doctor. The drugs they give you sure can make you loopy! Take care!

Your Doctor is RIGHT..quit making yourself think you have got every thing on the list.
I know you won't but maybe tone it down a bit...(:0)
Love your doodles.

Glad to hear your leg is healing. - I'm one of those that does look up medical stuff (and sometimes have actually been right with what I've looked up) so it's sometimes good and sometimes bad to google.

Your doodles are fun and I just got through looking at Ann's blog and saw her doodles. You both are good at this.

I like the first one the best. So did you Google the med? Hopefully, if you have not had any side effects by now, you won't.

Glad to hear that your leg is already looking better and smaller. That was good advice on looking up things because I do it too often and I do fret about what I read. Your redo is great!

Your doctor gives good advice. I google medical stuff all the time. The thing is, if I let it, I can convince myself with what I find that I'm on my death bed.
I like your doodles. The second one reminds me of Woody woodpecker.
