Video Self Help drawing.. OH MY

I watched a video on Youtube on how to make myself draw. She said take sticky notes and each day draw a line on one. Next day another, and another.
I used the iPad not the sticky notes
Above was the LINE day 1
Day two and Myra, these are the eyes you chose from the chart a month ago

DAY THREE!

These were done while we had no power, the iPad works well without power and Wi-Fi. These are from the 3 days of no power during Hurricane Helene, the first major storm

I drew a line, and the next day, ended with THIS...

The title is, The Fail!

We used to do something similar as kids..one of us would make a line andcthe other had to draw something incorporating that line as part of their drawing.

Those are so cute. I like the eyes on the first one. It's like he's thinking about something annoying. My mind ... lol It's good to stay busy. I need to find another hobby now that we're bike-less. All I do is work around here lately. Thanks for sharing these inspiring drawings with all of us. Hope everyone feels normal for y'all soon. Love.

I thought I remembered those eyes! He reminds me of the old cartoon character (Boris?) in Bullwinkle and Rocky.
Great finale -- I love the colors you've chosen and think they could be prototypes for a child's stuffed animals.

I love this! The colors and those “eyes” 👀
It’s good you had your art to calm you down and occupy your mind.

You constantly amaze me with your creativity Sandra. Perhaps keeping your mind occupied heloed during the worst of the storm.

What a creative approach to getting into drawing! It's impressive how you've adapted the exercise using your iPad instead of sticky notes. Those eye sketches look great, especially considering they were done during a power outage! It sounds like you turned an unexpected situation into a wonderful opportunity for creativity. Keep up the fantastic work! 🎨✨ Read my new blog post: https://www.melodyjacob.com/

I never heard of this way of creating a picture. Really creative and what a great way to occupy your no power time. Love the colors of the last one.

You could start one of those bloghop things where you provide the line and those linking in add a bit, post it and link it in comments - and you (and in fact anyone else who wants to play) get to add a bit more or finish one or two of them off.

I'm late - we moved Andy and Shaye into their house yesterday.
I love your art work and the color. I used to buy some kid workbooks that would give some lines and then you were to draw something from it. I think it's cool. Much better than I could do.
