I Shot The Moon

Looking west just before sunrise Sunday AM

I came in from early AM watching the sun come up to the East and the Moon dropping down to the West and poured my 3rd cup of coffee.
I yelled spoke loudly over the noise of recorded NASCAR (sounds like the cars are in the living room)

Sandra: "Do you want another cup of coffee?"
Bob: Yeah, if there's some left"

Well, DUHHHH! if there was none left would I be asking if he wanted another cup?

Bob does this all the time. Saturday I said "Do you want to go out to lunch?" and his answer was
"yeah, do you want to?"     Another Duhhh. No, I don't want to go I just thought I would ask if you wanted to so I could say No I don't want to go out to lunch.

He SAYS I do the same thing, but I have strained my brain trying to think when I might have done something like this. He SAYS it is because I talk so much I can't remember what I said..... HUMPH

Off Her Rocker?

 In 1990 our neighbors sat this chair in their driveway with a sign on it. $100.00.

 My heart screamed "I WANT THAT CHAIR".

My MIND screamed "You Can't afford that chair".  I drove past it and several hours later when I returned home, it was STILL There..... calling my name.  

"BOBBBB, there is a rocker in the neighbors driveway and I want it but it is ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS"

He said "Go Get it and I did"  

 You would think that 20 odd years later it would be worth more. But the truth is, Max chewed the end off the rocker on both sides, but at least it was the rear of the rockers.

It makes me happy when I look at it and if I let the dust build up on the rockers the chewed spots don't show much.

Painted by the Sun

If you look at the leaf to far right, it is just dark green and ordinary, but the one in the center, even though half of the top has been eaten away by some critter, the Sun has painted it for a few short moments and transformed it into beauty.

 The difference you see in these two photos, is a change of White Balance, top was Daylight WB and Below was Shade WB
