Can you see it? Picture "24" blooms at one time.
for the story of our cactus go to Queen of the Night.
Our back yard is having a "hay day" with all the heat and humidity.
for any of you that think you have to travel far away to take photos, I urge you to look around your home, no matter if it is apartment or condo, or house.
It's Amazing out there.

What a beautiful flower! I like this series of photos very much and the way you showed it to us. Thanks for sharing!
Yes, I remember this post from quite awhile ago. Really amazing! You live in the Jungle of Eden! If I were there, I would be so overwhelmed, running around and snapping hundreds of things, that I would just fall down dead from heat stroke, excitement, or snaphobia!
I'd love to see this even in the heat and humidity. It would be totally worth it. I might, as Ginny stated, fall down from snaphobia!! Lovely!
Best,
Bonnie
Keep Snapping , You Mad-Snapper you!!!!! I love your photos--your yard, those gorgeous blooms, and EVERYTHING. In some ways, I'd love to live in FL again (I did on two occasions in my adult life) ---but then, as much as I loved it during certain seasons, I would miss the gorgeous Falls and Winters from here. SO--guess I'll just stay where I am for now....
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Betsy
These are great pictures. I like the results of your safaris in your own back yard. Keep snapping away.
great series of flowers, thanks for sharing.
Those blooms are gorgeous, I'm glad you looked up while in the pool. So the cactus has attached itself to the tree? I didn't realize cactus did that, I would love to see a daylight shot of the tree.
You must have quite some back yard! But I agree - as I think you know by now. You don't have to go very far from home to find things worth taking photos of.
Wow..no wonder they are called Queen of the night! These are awesome Sandra!!
