Ghosts from my past -2006

Manatee River at Desoto Monument

April of 2006 I bought my first DSLR Canon Rebel and with the long lens had so much more to PLAY with and use for Ghosts.

Longboat Key beaches

I took a beach shot and the sail boat was in another shot. I superimposed the boat. It is NOT about to run ashore.

Bayside at Emerson Point

Gate in Manatee Historical Village

Jungle Gardens Pond
the amazing thing is all of the backgrounds I used here and yesterday series are under 10 miles from my home and only one has an entrance fee... Jungle Gardens, the rest are FREE

Now you have my full attention... How did you do that?
I love the cat and the beached sailboat.
The only time I captured a double exposure like yours, was back in the 60's with a old Kodak. It was a photo of my Francie doll in a wedding dress and it was taken by accident. lol

I love them all and I agree, these would make wonderful greeting cards. I know they would sell like hotcakes.

These are so cool. Works of art. Love the one with guy fishing.
The only thing better than having so many great places to take pictures so close to home is having so many FREE places to take pictures

This is such an awesome technique! You are so talented! And blessed to have such wonderful places so close to your home. I chuckled as I looked at each pretty picture however because MY ghosts from the past would not look anywhere near anything so pretty or tranquil. Bwahhh! :)
