Wishing you a beautiful weekend Sandra!

I love the fern! The frog quote kinda reminds me of something John and I tease about....Harriet has a hairy chin and her belly drags the ground and yet we think she is cute; the same is not cute on me!!!!!! LOL
Beautifully captured beauty!!
Best,
Bonnie
Last year, it was very odd for us to see Hibiscus blooming. They are beautiful and at the same time a bit fragile. Golden Thanks for sharing and capturing their beauty. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
Beautiful! And I think there are some things, maybe not toads, that are universally considered beautiful. Who could look at a bouquet of hibiscus or Stargazer lilies or wildflowers and not think them beautiful.
Lovely capture of the flower and thought stiring post on beauty.
You're beautiful my friend!
such gorgeous shots, sandra! how wonderful to be surrounded by so much beauty. i really like that first one!
thanks so much for your thought-provoking post!
i thoroughly enjoyed it!:)
The flowers are amazing. So beautiful.
true beauty Sandra...true beauty...
nature is beautiful. so are toads. :)
Beauty is truly everywhere, Sandra. Sadly, many people forget to see it every day in some way.

I know I will always find something beautiful here. Your garden is so rich in beauty and you know how to capture and share it.
These pictures are spectacular...just spectacular! So bright and clear. Each one is so cheery to me. I really like the hibiscus. I have always loved them but have never grown any. Even the wilting ones are gorgeous. You get better and better, Sandra. I know you love taking the photos but I love seeing them.
Wonderful macro shots of nature's beautiful flowers and love your animals! ~ carol, xo
Very creative use of quotes on the meaning of beauty alongside photographic evidence of beauty. I really enjoyed this.
Beautiful, Sandra. Are those in your back yard? You never showed them before.
These are beautiful blossoms. I like the way you've photographed them against the wood.
Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it. - Confucius
Absolutely beautiful photos today! Love seeing those pinks as we are past the pastels here and onto the autumnal tones.
A beautiful post. :)
Beautiful shots....Great post; I enjoyed reading it very much...
love your photos! the voltaire quote reminds me of the twilight zone episode in the eye of the beholder. to the pig-faced people, the beautiful woman was ugly. beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder.

You know you are right - beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A frog would think that another frog would be cute - where someone else wouldn't. I love the flowers in the first two pictures!
Your pictures do a great job of showing beauty.
I love the Voltaire quote!
I think flowers are beautiful in all stages as your photos show. The first one is my favorite but as much for the background as the flower.
Your photos have captured beauty and are in fact beautiful themselves.
And you for sure captured some beauty in these pictures sweet Sandra. These shots are terrific! Hugs
Everywhere.
I like your idea of beauty, Sandra.
Sandra. The truth be known.
I like all your reads and beautiful photography right down to the long Horn.
Have a nice weekend.
Hope you're having a good week and everything is going well. The pink flowers against the wood in the first photo is my favourite, but they are all beautiful.
So, a toad would love me...now wait...I don't have a yellow belly and spotted back!
Well said and well shown
