I know it well, Neil diamond I believe. Bob and Phil both have a very refined sense of humor, don't you LOVE it? I do. Now I love this little song, and it will be in my head all weekend. I will also be singing it aloud when I am alone. Because you know I talk and sing to myself when alone.
I watch both shows. The Voices talent is amazing this season. I like American Idol too but not sure who I want to win this year. Funny story about the song your singing after they perform.

We watch The Voice all the time...I have it set to record so if for some reason we are not here, we won't miss it! Used to watch Idol but quit...

Your traffic reminds me of living here in Mesa. There is construction all over this town no matter which direction you go. REal tired of the color orange. :)
Traffic makes me crazy and I avoid congestion at all costs..including taking out of the way back roads. People are just nutty in traffic.
I know that tune! I've always been a big Neil Diamond fan.
We love visiting our son in Kansas City, but the traffic and the way they drive (way too fast!) is making me wonder how much longer us oldies will be able to do it.

You are too funny. Haven't watched Idol at all this season. Not as good as it used to be.
I am late today.....funny about the helicopter. Love Bob's quick humor. I have never liked ND but I got stuck going to a concert of his with friends when I was about 25. He is one of the few artists who CONTINUED to sing, the more the crowd would clap at the end of the concert!!!!! I kept thinking, QUIT clapping!!! lol
Shame so many people have discovers your retirement spot. I have a great mind picture of you and Bill singing those words after a dud song. You must do it often. We don't watch because its too much cringe.Now I'll have that tune in my head for the rest of the day.
The problems of living in a resort city--I feel your pain. Our bills for water and other city services doubled this year--not a tax, mind you. Just higher rates to pay for...? It's anyone's guess.
