for a 100 calorie healthy snack... slice a bannana in half, slice each half long ways, smear favorite peanut butter and put back together, place in bag and freeze.
DEEE licious!!!!! Bob and I love them, Like eating banana ice cream.

We also keep grapes in the freezer. they will last for two weeks with no problem and are wonderful when frozen. Just drop in a freezer bag, and place in freezer with bag open... pull out what you want and enjoy

Grapes I can do. But I am not a fan of bananas and PB. I know I am in the minority there. I started making my own smoothies though. Yum.
Yummy that banana and PB is good for you too.

I tried for several days to set up a tab bar like you have but was not able to do it. I'm fine up to a point then it says to look for a feature I don't have. I have written instructions and the YouTube video...I'm just missing some features
Hugs Cecilia
I will try this definitely. Seems easy enough and looks tasty.

These fruit snack ideas sound super! Suddenly I need to buy some bananas! (I already have some grapes.)
I can't wait for them to freeze and eat them fresh.
Oops.I put grapes in the freezer about a month ago and forgot all about them. I'll have to check and see if they're still ok. The banana and pb looks like a tasty treat!
They don't last anywhere CLOSE to two weeks -- Momma eats them all in less than half that time! :)
Easy enough to prepare. Den eats peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
What a delicious sounding snack. I'm always looking for legal yums as I'm always hungry!
Banana and peanut butter? Frozen? ... would never have occurred to me, but I guess I could try a piece just to test (taste) :)
I think I'm going to try that, really nice of you to share!
Those are great snacking tips, thank you!
I freeze my bananas too. I slice them. Drop in the blender.
Add a tiny bit of milk. It is like a shake.
Never tried to put the peanut butter in already with banana. I like peanut butter. Like P.B. Ice-cream. Interesting.
Never tried grapes. Thought they may be mushy and lose flavor.
Right now in Canada our grapes are highly priced and tasteless.
OMD....I just love PB, Banana sandwiches...so I bet these would be totally delicious!!

Thanks for the great tips. We often get great deals on ripe bananas and I'll try this. We also like to freeze blueberries and then add them to instant oatmeal before microwaving.
I'm addicted to peanut butter so the banana and peanut butter sounds good to me. I still haven't tried the frozen grapes yet. I've got a bag in the fridge I need to go put some in the freezer
OMD!!! It's a BANANA Woofs from Sugar
Now you are making me hungry.
The bananas sound delish.
a co-worker freezes blueberries like you do grapes. my neighbor likes to freeze bananas and blend them with a dash of milk to make a banana shake.
Can you see that banana treat with a little chocolate!
what a terrific idea. Will try to make this
I bet Roger ends up trying the banana/peanut butter in the freezer. He likes frozen grapes. He freezes candy, too.
I have to try those grapes and banana/peanut butter in the freezer. 100 calories...sounds quite good!!!
These snacks sounds jummy, love bananas.
We also like peanut butter and bananas and I have frozen bananas but not with PB in between, so that's what I will do this week. We have not been buying ice cream because we would eat it too often, so this will be a giod alternative. We don't usually buy grapes, but like the suggestion for those too.
Never eaten a frozen grape before. - I'm not a fan of bananas so that snack would be one that I wouldn't try.
I've been freezing grapes for years, yum! I'll have to try the banana and peanut butter, love peanut butter!
The banana with peanut butter sounds yummy. I don't know if I can wait for it to freeze! My doctor said he does the same thing with blueberries.
Nice shot, because you could is an excellent excuse.
I meant to ask you about the toast falling from the table in your Murphy's Law post--was that your toast, and did you actually capture it with the camera?
