The Mystery of Grounds in the Cup

While washing the breakfast dishes, I noticed grounds in Bob's coffee cup.
I said "Bob why are their coffee grounds in your cup, they were in there yesterday and both days  my cup has none."

"I don't know" says Bob with his 'standard' answer to 98 % of my questions.,..

"They look a little odd" she says as she runs her finger tip around the inside of the cup.
"What is this? she yells asks quietly, "it is not grounds and feel a little ucky."
Loud Laughter from in front of the TV...

"I know what it is" he says "I dunked ginger snaps in my coffee yesterday and today"
Mystery solved.
Are you a dunker? if so what do you dunk?

I'm a dunker and I love ginger snaps but haven't had one in ages. I always get a giggle out of your stories.

Good morning, Sandra! Funny story. I have not had anything to dunk in a long long time. I guess I am missing out.

Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

Haha!! That does sound good, actually. I love ginger snaps, but they have to be very gingery and very snappy. I haven't had any for a long time. I don't usually dunk cuz it invariably leaves stuff at the bottom of my cup that someone might think is coffee grounds. ;-) You and Bob have a great Thursday. xo

I don't dunk! If I did dunk, I would dunk do-nuts. Say that three times really fast.

Best,
Bonnie

I am not a dunker....but, I've had the urge to dunk SOMEONE oftentimes. Especially when I get the same response you get when you ask a question ---well, Bud's response is "I guess" 99% of the time.

To answer your question Sandra...yes, I do my headers with a software program I've had for years. I use photo tubes AND then, take a picture of my artwork and infuse it as another layer. This one recent header of the owl is my pencil sketch that I added to the previous header and saved it that way for a 'new look'.

thanks!!

Lol, I used to be a dunker, dunked cookies but not a dunker any more though you have sown the seed again :)

I might do that with certain kinds of cookies/biscuits. Especially the kind that might otherwise break teeth! But as I'm not allowing myself much of that kind at all these days, the dunking rate has gone down as well!

Gingersnaps beg to be dunked in coffee as do several other types of cookies.

Well, I JUST about fell off my chair..LOL As I rushed over to visit you after seeing your comment on my rather poor post..:) and read your post I burst out laughing..as I was dunking my WW chocolate mint covered cookie into my coffee as I did some blog visiting.. It's true. That is the honest truth!! I dunk everything that is dunkable into my coffee. Toast, bagel, candy canes, cookies..if it's dunkable, in it goes.
Sending a hug..and thanks so much for visiting me.
I honestly don't deserve it! I am grateful!

I can remember dunking things when I was a kid but I don't dunk now. I'm not real fond of mushy cookies

You make me laugh (which is good). I'm NOT a dunker, don't like things to get soggy. Although I will eat a French Dip sandwich now & then.
